Hukuk ad\u0131na utand\u0131m&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Karar\u0131n hukuki olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savunan \u015eamil Tayyar, &#8220;T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de hukukun \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u015flemi\u015f olsayd\u0131, b\u00f6yle bir karar \u00e7\u0131kmazd\u0131.Hakimin karar verirken ifade etti\u011fi c\u00fcmleler de bence tarihe ge\u00e7ecek cok enteresan c\u00fcmleler&#8221;&#8221; a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda bulundu.
