D\u00fcnya kamuoyunun da yak\u0131ndan takip etti\u011fi b\u00f6lgeye, Devlet Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130mamali Rahman ziyaret ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6lge halk\u0131 ile bir araya gelen Rahman, Milli G\u00fcvenlik Komitesi Badah\u015fan B\u00f6lgesi M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc General Abdullo Nazarov\u2019un \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclmesi sonucunda yap\u0131lan soru\u015fturmada g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nan san\u0131klar\u0131n b\u0131rak\u0131lmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Daha \u00f6nce su\u00e7 i\u015fleyen ki\u015filerin g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc olarak silahlar\u0131n\u0131 b\u0131rakmas\u0131 durumunda her t\u00fcrl\u00fc cezadan muaf tutulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydeden Rahman, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z y\u0131llar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde 100 bin mahkumun aftan yararland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve bunlar\u0131n 2 binden fazlas\u0131n\u0131n bu b\u00f6lgenin insan\u0131 oldu\u011funu ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>Da\u011fl\u0131k Badah\u015fan\u2019\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck sorununun uyu\u015fturucu oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken Rahman, 2001 y\u0131l\u0131nda hastanelere kay\u0131tl\u0131 147 bin uyu\u015fturucu ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011funu ve bug\u00fcn bu say\u0131n\u0131n bine ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.
