Ufuk hoca, 2003 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130stanbulspor\u2019da ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 antren\u00f6rl\u00fck ya\u015fam\u0131 ile futbolumuza katk\u0131 yapmaya devam eden ve ge\u00e7mi\u015fte profesyonel futbol oynam\u0131\u015f bir spor adam\u0131d\u0131r. Trabzon do\u011fumlu ve \u00e7o\u011fu Trabzonlu gibi futbol a\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 ama sadece a\u015f\u0131k de\u011fil futbolun ak\u0131l ve bilim hizmet\u00e7isi olan Ufuk hocan\u0131n bu \u00f6zelli\u011fi beni g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme i\u00e7in te\u015fvik etti. Para i\u00e7in her \u015feyi yapabilecek teknik direkt\u00f6r, antren\u00f6r, y\u00f6netici, futbolcu ve hatta menajerler var. Pek \u00e7ok olay ya\u015fan\u0131yor ve bunlar\u0131 medyadan takip ediyoruz. Vefa duymak, sayg\u0131 g\u00f6stermek, okumak, ara\u015ft\u0131rmak ve m\u00fctevazi olmak gibi medeni insanlar\u0131n temel \u00f6zelliklerine sahip insanlar\u0131 futbol d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda bulmak ve onlarla sohbet etmek gittik\u00e7e zorla\u015f\u0131yor. Ger\u00e7i bu durumdan sadece ben de\u011fil \u00e7o\u011fu ki\u015fi de \u015fikayet\u00e7i. \u00c7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m tak\u0131mlar\u0131n birinde oynam\u0131\u015f olan ve 2002 D\u00fcnya Kupas\u0131\u2019nda T\u00fcrk Milli Tak\u0131m\u0131\u2019n\u0131n kadrosunda yer alm\u0131\u015f eski bir futbolcumun \u015fu ifadesi ibret vericidir: \u201cErsin hoca, ben olabildi\u011fince futbol d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7inden arkada\u015f ve dost edinmek istemiyorum.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bana g\u00f6re bir teknik direkt\u00f6r\u00fcn iki t\u00fcr yerle\u015fik d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi vard\u0131. Teknik direkt\u00f6rlerin bunlar\u0131 ay\u0131rt etmeleri ve daha sonra ak\u0131lc\u0131 olmayan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerinin \u00fczerine giderek bunlar\u0131 ak\u0131lc\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131mlarla de\u011fi\u015ftirmeleri kendilerini geli\u015ftirmelerine katk\u0131da bulunur.
