Bu ba\u011flamda bir a\u00e7\u0131klama yapt\u0131.<br \/>\nBiz y\u00fcr\u00fctme organ\u0131n\u0131n veya siyasal partilerin yetkililerinin yasama organ\u0131na m\u00fcdahale ederek, ora i\u00e7in zaman k\u0131s\u0131t\u0131 getirmesinin do\u011fru olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ettik. Y\u00fcr\u00fctme organ\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6revi, yasama organ\u0131na m\u00fcdahale etmek de\u011fil; tam tersine yasama organ\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na zemin haz\u0131rlamakt\u0131r.
