A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi&#8217;nce kabul edildi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130zmir Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;nca &#8221;fuhu\u015f yapt\u0131r\u0131lan kad\u0131nlar arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla y\u00fcksek r\u00fctbeli askeri personelin uygunsuz g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerini \u00e7ektikleri, bu g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerle \u015fantaj yaparak baz\u0131 askeri bilgileri elde ettikleri&#8221; iddia edilen su\u00e7 \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcne y\u00f6nelik ba\u015flat\u0131lan soru\u015fturmada iddianame, 15 g\u00fcn \u00f6nce tamamlan\u0131p ilgili mahkemeye g\u00f6nderilmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Ter\u00f6rle M\u00fccadele Kanunu (TMK) 10. maddesiyle g\u00f6revli Cumhuriyet Savc\u0131s\u0131 Zafer K\u0131l\u0131n\u00e7 taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan yakla\u015f\u0131k 2 bin sayfal\u0131k iddianame, \u0130zmir 12. A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi&#8217;nce kabul edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Soru\u015fturma kapsam\u0131nda bug\u00fcne kadar \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu emekli ve muvazzaf asker 93 ki\u015fi tutuklanm\u0131\u015f, \u00e7ok say\u0131da ki\u015fi tutuksuz yarg\u0131lanmak \u00fczere b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.
