Ge\u00e7enlerde duyuru yapan bakanl\u0131k, G\u00fcney Koreli i\u015fletmelerin bulundu\u011fu Kuzey Kore\u2019nin Kaesong \u015fehrindeki organize sanayi b\u00f6lgesine giri\u015f \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015flar\u0131 zorla\u015ft\u0131rabileceklerini a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Kuzey Kore, G\u00fcney Kore\u2019nin bu duyurusuna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k vermede gecikmedi. G\u00fcney Kore ile i\u015fbirli\u011fi halinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen ekonomik faaliyetlerden sorumlu olan Milli Ekonomi \u0130\u015fbirli\u011fi Komisyonu, konuya ili\u015fkin a\u00e7\u0131klamada bulundu. Kuzey Kore\u2019de bakanl\u0131k seviyesinde olan komisyon yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamda, Seul y\u00f6netiminin Kaesong \u015fehrindeki organize sanayi b\u00f6lgesine giri\u015f \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015flar\u0131 zorla\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 halinde, b\u00f6lgeyi askeri \u00fcsse d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Komisyon duyurusunda, \u201c15 Haziran g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerinin bir iyi niyet g\u00f6sterisi olarak Kaesong \u015fehrindeki askeri \u00fcss\u00fc kapat\u0131p, G\u00fcney Koreli i\u015fletmelere a\u00e7t\u0131k. E\u011fer G\u00fcney Kore y\u00f6netimi, 15 Haziran g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerinin ruhuna ters bir karar verip, Kaesong \u015fehrindeki organize sanayi b\u00f6lgesine giri\u015f \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015flar\u0131 zorla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131rsa, oras\u0131 tekrar askeri \u00fcs olur.\u201d ifadelerine yer verdi.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcney Kore\u2019nin eski Devlet Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Kim Dae-jung ile Kuzey Kore\u2019nin merhum lideri Kim Jong-il, 2000 y\u0131l\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015flerdi. \u0130ki lider 15 Haziran\u2019da ortak bir bildiriye imza atm\u0131\u015f, iki \u00fclke aras\u0131nda bir \u00e7ok i\u015fbirli\u011finin \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131.
