Emine Ayna, PKK sayesinde milletvekili olduklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/h1>\n<p>Viran\u015fehir Belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan kurulan Kad\u0131n Dayan\u0131\u015fma Merkezi\u2019nin a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f t\u00f6reninde konu\u015fan Emine Ayna \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Abdullah \u00d6calan bize de; \u2019gerilla \u00f6lerek size bir\u00e7ok alan a\u00e7t\u0131. Milletvekili yapt\u0131, Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 yapt\u0131, b\u00f6yle kurumlara ve merkezlere sahip oldunuz\u2019 diyor. Yine ba\u015fkan \u00d6calan; \u2019art\u0131k gerillan\u0131n \u00fczerindeki y\u00fck\u00fc al\u0131n. Art\u0131k onlarda \u00f6lmesin\u2019 diyor. Art\u0131k demokratik m\u00fccadele verilmesini istiyor. \u0130\u015fte s\u00fcrecin ad\u0131 budur. Bunun i\u00e7in kimse bizi kand\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n. Ne Ba\u015fbakan ne de AK Parti bizi aptal yerine koymas\u0131n. Bu s\u00fcreci ba\u015flatan\u0131n da \u00f6l\u00fcmleri durduran\u0131n da \u00d6calan oldu\u011funu biliyoruz. Ba\u015fbakan bize bu s\u00fcreci \u2019\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm s\u00fcrecidir\u2019 diyerek kand\u0131rmas\u0131n ve bizi oyalamas\u0131n. \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm s\u00fcreciyse Ba\u015fbakan atmas\u0131 gereken ad\u0131mlar\u0131 ats\u0131n ve ba\u015fta cezaevindeki BDP\u2019li, KCK\u2019l\u0131, PKK\u2019l\u0131 t\u00fcm tutsaklar\u0131 serbest b\u0131raks\u0131n. Ay\u0131r\u0131m yapmadan t\u00fcm siyasi tutuklular serbest b\u0131rakmal\u0131 ve \u00f6zg\u00fcr olmalar\u0131n\u0131n yolu a\u00e7\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ba\u015fbakan bunun yasal d\u00fczenlemesini yapmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu yasal d\u00fczenleme i\u00e7inde anayasan\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fmesine gerek yoktur. \u0130stese tek bir maddeyle; ter\u00f6rle m\u00fccadele yasas\u0131n\u0131 kald\u0131rarak bunu yar\u0131n yapabilir. Bu i\u015f bu kadar basittir.
