Radikal&#8217;in ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgilere g\u00f6re k\u0131nama cezas\u0131 verilen Ko\u00e7&#8217;la ilgili su\u00e7lamalar \u015f\u00f6yle: &#8220;Kayboldu\u011fu iddia edilen cihazlar\u0131n helikoptere ait olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, bunlar\u0131n delil niteli\u011fi ve failler hakk\u0131nda zaman\u0131nda gerekli ara\u015ft\u0131rma yap\u0131lmad\u0131. Olaydan bir ay sonra jandarma ve ge\u00e7ici k\u00f6y korucular\u0131 u\u00e7a\u011fa ait par\u00e7alar ile GPS cihaz\u0131na ait haf\u0131za kart\u0131n\u0131 Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 &#8216;na teslim ediyor. Savc\u0131 ise yine olay yerinde ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 ke\u015fif yapm\u0131yor. Olay yeri koordinatlar\u0131nda arama yap\u0131lmad\u0131, bu konuda eksiklik ve ihmali bulunanlar soru\u015fturulmad\u0131. Enkaz\u0131n 1 km2 alanda oldu\u011fu bilgisi Vali ve Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc&#8217;ne verilmedi. B\u00f6ylece yanl\u0131\u015f yerlerin aranmas\u0131na sebep olundu.
