Davay\u0131 kazanan Uyar, \u201cAl\u0131nan kararla, yirmi y\u0131l s\u00fcren ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 talan d\u00fczenini gizlemek i\u00e7in, halk\u0131na ger\u00e7ekleri s\u00f6ylemek yerine yan\u0131ltarak uyutmay\u0131, Ankara kentinin ve Ankaral\u0131lar\u0131n haklar\u0131n\u0131 savunan kesimlere kar\u015f\u0131 h\u0131r\u00e7\u0131nla\u015fmay\u0131 ve hakareti tercih eden \u0130.
