Be\u015fikta\u015f Belediyesi\u2019ne yaz d\u00f6neminde 50, k\u0131\u015f d\u00f6neminde ise 20 civar\u0131nda i\u015f\u00e7inin bordrolama hizmetini sunan bu firma s\u00f6zle\u015fme gere\u011fi her ay belediye\u2019ye i\u015f\u00e7ilere \u00f6denmek \u00fczere bordrolar ibraz etmekte ve bordrolar \u00fczerinden yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu tahsilatlar neticesinde i\u015f\u00e7ilerin banka hesaplar\u0131na maa\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131yor. Buraya kadar ne var bunda diyeceksiniz.<\/p>\n

Evet buraya kadar bir \u015fey yok. \u0130\u015f bu noktadan sonra kopuyor. \u0130\u015f\u00e7ilere g\u00f6rev, derece ve kademelerine g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fik tutarlarda maa\u015f \u00f6denmekte.<\/p>\n

SARAY \u0130N\u015eAAT, Belediye\u2019den\u2026<\/p>\n

– 1.984,11 TL.\u2019yi bordro ile tahsil edip i\u015f\u00e7ilere 1.100,00 TL. \u00f6deme yap\u0131yor. Aradaki 884,00 TL. fark firman\u0131n kasas\u0131nda kal\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

– 2.317,08 TL ve 2.465,49 TL. \u2019yi bordro ile tahsil edip i\u015f\u00e7ilere 1.500,00 TL. \u00f6deme yap\u0131yor. Aradaki 817,08 ve 864,49 TL. farklar firman\u0131n kasas\u0131nda kal\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

– Bu farklar\u0131n, 9 y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde 12 ay boyunca olu\u015ftu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrsek ortaya b\u00fcy\u00fck miktarda haks\u0131z kazan\u00e7 ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Belediye b\u00fcnyesinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan i\u015f\u00e7ilerden birisi bankaya kredi ba\u015fvurusunda bulunuyor. Belediye\u2019den ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bordrodaki rakamla banka hesab\u0131na yatan rakam aras\u0131ndaki fark dikkatini \u00e7ekiyor. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 bir noktada t\u0131kan\u0131yor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc resmiyette bu firma ile her hangi bir ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bulunmayan Destek M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn gayri resmi yollardan orta\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011fu ve onun bu konuyu \u00f6rtbas etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n
