A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi\u2019nde bug\u00fcn yap\u0131lan duru\u015fmaya Sedef\u00e7i de kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Hamdi Sedef\u00e7i hakk\u0131nda, belediyeye ait arsan\u0131n yap, i\u015flet, devret modeli ile yap\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in d\u00fczenlenen ihaleye fesat kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak su\u00e7undan dava a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, 2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131lan davada, belediye meclis \u00fcyesi bir ki\u015finin, kanunen m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmamas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, kurdu\u011fu \u015firketle kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ihaleyi ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 iddia edilmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Sedef\u00e7i, mahkeme sonras\u0131 \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Mahkemenin karar\u0131na sayg\u0131l\u0131y\u0131m. Ben asla su\u00e7 i\u015flemedim. Benim ihalede bir su\u00e7um yok. Bu konuda hi\u00e7 bir delil de yok. Delil olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde \u015fu anda mahkemece 4 y\u0131l 2 ay hapse mahkum oldum. Bu kesin bir karar de\u011fildir, yarg\u0131tay a\u015famas\u0131 var. Temyiz a\u015famas\u0131 var. Ben de en k\u0131sa zamanda temyize gidece\u011fim. Bu dosya Yarg\u0131tay\u2019da bozulup, tekrar Edirne\u2019ye g\u00f6nderilecektir, tekrardan yarg\u0131lanma s\u00fcreci ba\u015flayacakt\u0131r. Benim bu yarg\u0131lanmamda masum oldu\u011fum ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacakt\u0131r.
