Septik \u015fok, \u00e7oklu organ yetmezli\u011fi ile seyreden ve y\u00fcksek hayati riskin olu\u015fabildi\u011fi klinik bir tablodur. Bu tan\u0131 sonucunda tedavisi, yo\u011fun bak\u0131m \u00fcnitesinde devam ettirilmektedir. Hastam\u0131zda geli\u015fen septik \u015fok sonucunda akci\u011ferleri \u00e7ok ciddi \u015fekilde etkilenmi\u015ftir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda b\u00f6brekler, kalp ve kan h\u00fccrelerinin ve karaci\u011ferin de bu durumdan etkilendi\u011fi tespit edilmi\u015ftir. Solunum cihaz\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in uyutulan hastam\u0131z\u0131n tedavisi halen yo\u011fun bak\u0131m \u00fcnitesinde devam etmektedir.
