Davan\u0131n tek ma\u011fduru Ba\u015fbakan Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan olarak g\u00f6sterildi.<\/h1>\n<p>\u0130zmir&#8217;deki Gezi Park\u0131 direni\u015fi s\u0131ras\u0131nda Alsancak, Basmane ve G\u00fcndo\u011fdu Meydan\u0131&#8217;nda yap\u0131lan eylemlerin ard\u0131ndan 5 Haziran&#8217;da kamuoyunda &#8216;twitter operasyonu&#8217; olarak duyulan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma kapsam\u0131nda 39 ki\u015fi Twitter yoluyla \u00f6rg\u00fct kurmakla su\u00e7lanan 39 ki\u015fi g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Operasyonun ard\u0131ndan savc\u0131n\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 soru\u015fturma 7 ay sonra tamamland\u0131 ve haz\u0131rlanan iddianamede 29 ki\u015fi hakk\u0131nda, &#8216;halk\u0131 kanunlara uymamaya tahrik ettikleri&#8217; iddias\u0131yla dava a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130ddianamenin en dikkat \u00e7ekici yeri, &#8216;ma\u011fdur&#8217; b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc oldu. Davada ma\u011fdur olarak sadece Ba\u015fbakan Erdo\u011fan&#8217;\u0131n ismi yer ald\u0131.
