\u0130stanbul Fatih’teki tarihi Bozdo\u011fan Su Kemeri restore edilip \u00fczerine y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f yolu, seyir teras\u0131 ve restoran yap\u0131lacak. Arkitera’n\u0131n haberine g\u00f6re K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Turizm Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi’nin haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 proje An\u0131tlar Kurulu’nda onay bekliyor. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u0130stanbul’un \u00f6nemli simgelerinden biri olan Su Kemeri’nin tahrip edilmesine en b\u00fcy\u00fck tepki \u015eehir Planc\u0131lar\u0131 Odas\u0131 \u0130stanbul \u015eube Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Tayfun Kahraman’dan geldi. Kemerin seyir teras\u0131 olabilmesi i\u00e7in bu an\u0131t esere yeni ekler ve uygulamalar yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini hat\u0131rlatan Kahraman, “Bizans d\u00f6neminden kalm\u0131\u015f yap\u0131y\u0131 bu \u015fekilde bozmaya gerek yok” diyor<\/span><\/p>\n

Kemer \u00fczerinde yap\u0131lmas\u0131 planlanan seyir teras\u0131 ve restoran projesinin k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras\u0131 koruma de\u011fil, tahrip ama\u00e7l\u0131 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Kahraman, “Kemerin seyir teras\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131 turizme a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131ndan sonra burada ticari ama\u00e7l\u0131 i\u015fletmeler de yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r” ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bozdo\u011fan Su Kemeri, halihaz\u0131rda \u0130stanbullular\u0131n seyir mek\u00e2nlar\u0131ndan biri. De\u011fnek\u00e7ilerin kontrol\u00fc alt\u0131ndaki kemere \u00e7\u0131kmak isteyen vatanda\u015flar, b\u00f6lgedeki ka\u00e7ak merdivenleri kullan\u0131yor. Manzaray\u0131 seyretmek isteyenler, de\u011fnek\u00e7ilere 1 lira \u00f6d\u00fcyor, turistlerde ise rakam 5 liraya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. \u00dccret kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 merdivenden \u00e7\u0131kan vatanda\u015flar, hat\u0131ra foto\u011fraf\u0131 \u00e7ektirerek sosyal medyada payla\u015f\u0131yor. Kemerin \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kan vatanda\u015flardan biri, “Merdivenden t\u0131rmanarak ipe tutunup kemere \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f olduk\u00e7a zorlu. Ancak yukar\u0131da izledi\u011fimiz manzara buna de\u011fiyor.” diye konu\u015fuyor. Hi\u00e7bir koruma \u00f6nleminin bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kemerin \u00fcst\u00fcnde bir\u00e7ok ta\u015f\u0131n da yola d\u00fc\u015fme tehlikesi var. Daha \u00f6nce 921 metre uzunlu\u011fundaki kemere \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015flar\u0131 engelleyecek herhangi bir d\u00fczene\u011fi bulunmuyordu.
