Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla antren\u00f6rler, antrenmandan \u00f6nce antrenman\u0131n do\u011fas\u0131n\u0131 ve ama\u00e7lar\u0131ndan k\u0131saca bahsetmek i\u00e7in birka\u00e7 dakika zaman ay\u0131rmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu nedenle \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m tak\u0131mlarda antren\u00f6rlere, tak\u0131mla s\u0131k\u00e7a ileti\u015fim kurmalar\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlat\u0131r\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p>Sporda performans hedefleri do\u011frultusunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n \u00f6nemini yukar\u0131da a\u00e7\u0131klamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131m.
