Ayr\u0131ca Anayasa Mahkemesi&#8217;ne bireysel ba\u015fvuru hakk\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yoruz.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nationalturk.com\/anayasa-paketi-tam-metin\" target=\"_blank\">ANAYASA DE\u011e\u0130\u015e\u0130KL\u0130\u011e\u0130 PAKET\u0130N\u0130N TAM METN\u0130<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yarg\u0131 ile ilgili olan d\u00fczenlemeler Anayasa\u2019ya ayk\u0131r\u0131 d\u00fczenlemelerdir.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn taslak metine bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, de\u011fi\u015ftirilmek istenen Anayasa maddelerine bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda bizim bu iste\u011fimizin aksine yarg\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 daha da geri g\u00f6t\u00fcren, kuvvetler ayr\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilkesine tamamen ayk\u0131r\u0131 olan bir tak\u0131m d\u00fczenlemeler yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. \u015eunu \u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131kla belirtmek istiyorum, yarg\u0131 ile ilgili olan d\u00fczenlemeler Anayasa\u2019ya ayk\u0131r\u0131 d\u00fczenlemelerdir. Anayasa\u2019n\u0131n ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 k\u0131sm\u0131nda kuvvetler ayr\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilkesinin benimsendi\u011fi belirtilmi\u015ftir ve bu kuvvetler ayr\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilkesi Anayasa\u2019n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015ftirilemeyecek maddeleri i\u00e7inde yer almaktad\u0131r.&#8221;<\/p>\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #f00;\">Error, group does not exist!
