B\u00f6yle bir durum demokrasilerde olmaz&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fcksek yarg\u0131n\u0131n, HSYK\u2019n\u0131n mevcut yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fmesini istemedi\u011fini savunan Ergin \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131\u2019n\u0131n yetkisini azalt\u0131p, Y\u00fcksek yarg\u0131dan geleceklerini kendilerinin se\u00e7mesini sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz. \u00c7ok ciddi man\u00fcplasyon yap\u0131l\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc \u015fartlar\u0131 olan bir \u00fclke olmamal\u0131, \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f ve evrensel d\u00fcnyayla bulu\u015fmal\u0131. Yarg\u0131n\u0131n ele\u015ftirileri duygusal ve siyasi i\u00e7eri\u011fe ka\u00e7an ele\u015ftiriler var. Kendi i\u00e7inde tutarl\u0131 olmayan ele\u015ftiriler var. Farkl\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerin ortaya konulmas\u0131 son derece do\u011fald\u0131r. Ortak ak\u0131lla \u00e7\u0131kan karara hepimiz uyar\u0131z. HSYK\u2019da kat\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z son iki toplant\u0131ya hari\u00e7 t\u00fcm toplant\u0131lar yap\u0131ld\u0131. Kurulu \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in gayret g\u00f6sterdik.<\/p>\n<p>Tasla\u011f\u0131 kamuoyuna sunduktan sonra HSYK\u2019da duygusal ve siyasi ele\u015ftiriler ba\u015flad\u0131. HSYK ile bakanl\u0131k aras\u0131nda \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc oldu. Kurulda 191 dosya bekliyor. 27 \u015eubat 2009\u2019da imzaya kalan dosyalar var ama imzalanm\u0131yor. Keyfekeder uygalamaya hakk\u0131 var m\u0131? \u2018Ben ne zaman imzalayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131 bilirim\u2019 deniyor. \u00d6nce imza bekleyen dosyalar\u0131 bitirin.<\/p>\n<p>Herkes konumunu bilecek.
