A\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015funlar kaydedildi:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Geriye kalan 1 milyon 223 bin sigortal\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7erisinde 2006 y\u0131l\u0131nda 5458 say\u0131l\u0131 kanunla ve 2008 y\u0131l\u0131nda 5763 ve 5797 say\u0131l\u0131 kanunlarla getirilen bor\u00e7 yap\u0131land\u0131rmalar\u0131 devam etmekte olan sigortal\u0131lar vard\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca 5510 say\u0131l\u0131 kanunla getirilen imkanla, 1 Ekim 2008 tarihi itibar\u0131yla 5 y\u0131l\u0131n \u00fczerinde borcu olup, bor\u00e7 olan d\u00f6neme ili\u015fkin sigortal\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n durdurulmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde sosyal g\u00fcvenlik il\/merkez m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerimizde i\u015flem yap\u0131lan sigortal\u0131lar da bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu sigortal\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bor\u00e7 yap\u0131land\u0131rmalar\u0131 devam etti\u011finden ve 5 y\u0131l\u0131n \u00fczerinde borcu bulunanlara ili\u015fkin 5510 say\u0131l\u0131 kanunla getirilen d\u00fczenleme dolay\u0131s\u0131yla herhangi bir i\u015flem yap\u0131lmas\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fildir.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>YEN\u0130 \u00c7ALI\u015eMA BA\u015eLATILDI<\/p>\n<p>SGK a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda, bor\u00e7 yap\u0131land\u0131rmas\u0131 olmayan veya 5 y\u0131ldan az borcu olan sigortal\u0131lar y\u00f6n\u00fcnden de bu bor\u00e7lar\u0131n 36 aya kadar tecil ve taksitlendirilebilmesine imkan sa\u011flanmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde daha \u00f6ncesinde olmayan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 kaydedildi.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131klamada, &#8220;Ayr\u0131ca bu durumdaki sigortal\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131za bor\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcresi ve miktar\u0131 ile bu bor\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 36 aya kadar taksitler halinde \u00f6deyebilecekleri konusunda bilgilendirme amac\u0131yla yaz\u0131lar g\u00f6nderilmesi i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r&#8221; denildi.<\/p>\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #f00;\">Error, group does not exist!
