A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Osman Ka\u00e7maz&#8217;\u0131n kay\u0131p trilyon davas\u0131nda &#8220;Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 G\u00fcl yarg\u0131lans\u0131n&#8221; karar\u0131n\u0131 ele\u015ftirmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Hakim Ka\u00e7maz&#8217;\u0131n su\u00e7 duyurusu \u00fczerine yaz\u0131 mahkeme taraf\u0131ndan incelendi.<\/p>\n<p>Mahkeme yaz\u0131da Hakim Ka\u00e7maz&#8217;a &#8220;Bas\u0131n yolu ile alenen hakaret&#8221; su\u00e7unu i\u015flendi\u011fine karar verdi.<\/p>\n<p>Yani Il\u0131cak 5 y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde benzeri bir su\u00e7 i\u015flerse ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 hapis cezalar\u0131 i\u015fletilecek.<\/p>\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #f00;\">Error, group does not exist!
