Ayr\u0131ca bu raporda, at\u0131k y\u00f6netiminin nas\u0131l yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 detayland\u0131r\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi herhangi bir kaza durumunda sorumlulu\u011fu kimin alaca\u011f\u0131 da belli de\u011fil. T\u00fcrkiye, bu tehlikeli enerjiye mahkum olmak zorunda de\u011fil.
