Sosyoloji profes\u00f6r\u00fc \u0130smail Do\u011fan\u2019\u0131n ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftaya davet edilenlerden biri olarak b\u00f6yle bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftaya kat\u0131lmaktan gurur ve mutluluk duydum. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ilk defa kul\u00fcp baz\u0131nda b\u00f6yle bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay organize edildi.<br \/>\n\u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay oturumlar\u0131n\u0131n konu ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 \u015fu \u015fekildeydi:<\/p>\n<p>1. \u015eampiyonluk ve Bursaspor<br \/>\n2. Sporun psiko-sosyal boyutunun ihmal edildi\u011fi \u00fclkemizde bu de\u011ferli bilim insanlar\u0131yla T\u00fcrk futbolunun kronik sorunlar\u0131 ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerileri hakk\u0131ndaki payla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00fclke futbolunu y\u00f6netenler taraf\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendirilmesi gerekmektedir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc spor k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fczdeki zihniyeti ve ona ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak olu\u015fan tutumlar\u0131 sadece e\u011fitim ile d\u00fczeltebiliriz. Gelenek\u00e7i yani dededen kalma ve babadan g\u00f6rme tekniklerle futbol ya\u015fanmaz. Bu nedenle futbolun i\u00e7inde yer alan akt\u00f6rlerin, yeniliklere ve \u00f6zellikle sporun psiko-sosyal alanlar\u0131n\u0131 ilgilendiren bu tip \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftaylara, sempozyumlara ve kongrelere a\u00e7\u0131k olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130htiya\u00e7lara cevap veren ve yeterince anla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f psiko-sosyal modeller, sporda modernle\u015fme s\u00fcrecimize ciddi katk\u0131lar sa\u011flar. Bu modellerden biri de mental beceriler \u00fczerine yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 i\u00e7eren \u201cmental antrenman\u201dd\u0131r. Mental antrenman ile spor insan\u0131 (y\u00f6netici, hakem, antren\u00f6r ve sporcu) hedef belirleme, motivasyon, konsantrasyon, i\u00e7sel konu\u015fma, \u00f6zg\u00fcven, ileti\u015fim, zihinsel dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k, tak\u0131m olmak ve zihinsel haz\u0131rl\u0131k gibi mental beceriler konusunda kendisini geli\u015ftirir.<\/p>\n<p>Spor k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan son derece \u00f6nemli olan bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131n Manisa ve \u0130zmir ba\u015fta olmak b\u00fct\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye \u00f6rnek olmas\u0131n\u0131 diliyorum. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bizim gibi geli\u015fmekte olan geri kalm\u0131\u015f \u00fclkelerde ve y\u00fckselen de\u011ferin para oldu\u011fu ortamlarda \u201cal\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015fa g\u00f6re t\u00fcrk\u00fc \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rmak kolay\u201d iken de\u011fi\u015fimlere g\u00f6re yeni melodilere y\u00f6nelmek zordur ve bir diren\u00e7 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Spordaki evrensel de\u011fi\u015fimin \u00e7arklar\u0131na uyum sa\u011flanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise \u00e7arklar\u0131n di\u015flileri de\u011fi\u015fmek istemeyenlere ve diren\u00e7 g\u00f6sterenlere bedel \u00f6detir.
