Cemil \u00c7i\u00e7ek bu uygulamas\u0131yla t\u00fcm milletvekillerinin son iki ayl\u0131k d\u00f6neme ait yasama yetkisini, denetim yetkisini filen ask\u0131ya alm\u0131\u015f durumda.
