Yaz\u0131, se\u00e7im g\u00fcvenli\u011fini sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla sivil inisiyatif olarak kurulan Oy ve \u00d6tesi grubunu hedef al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Emniyetin yaz\u0131s\u0131nda, \u015fu ifadeler yer ald\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOy verme g\u00fcn\u00fc olan 1 Kas\u0131m 2015 Pazar g\u00fcn\u00fc, sand\u0131k \u00e7evresinde \u2018Bina sorumlusu, sand\u0131k kurulu ba\u015fkan\u0131 ve memur \u00fcyeler, se\u00e7ime kat\u0131lan partilerin onayl\u0131 m\u00fc\u015fahitleri, sand\u0131k alan\u0131nda kay\u0131tl\u0131 se\u00e7men, milletvekili ve milletvekili adaylar\u0131, \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lmas\u0131 durumunda kolluk g\u00fc\u00e7leri, sand\u0131k ba\u015f\u0131 i\u015flemlerine engel olmamak ko\u015fuluyla medya mensuplar\u0131 haricinde kimse bulunamaz.(298.S.K. Madde 82) h\u00fckm\u00fc d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bulunanlar, \u00f6zellikle Oy ve \u00d6tesi Sivil \u0130nisiyatif Grubuna ait hi\u00e7bir \u00fcyesinin sand\u0131k alan\u0131 ve \u00e7evresine al\u0131nmayacakt\u0131r. Okullarda g\u00f6revli amirler sand\u0131k kurulu ba\u015fkanlar\u0131na sabahtan bu konuda gerekli bilgilendirmeyi yapacaklar ve uygulamada herhangi bir aksakl\u0131\u011fa meydan verilmeyecektir.
