S\u00f6z konusu haber ve yorumlarda baz\u0131 ger\u00e7eklerin g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edildi\u011fi ve meselenin maksatl\u0131 olarak ray\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6zlemlenmektedir&#8221; denildi.<\/p>\n<p>Ard\u0131ndan da &#8216;\u015fu ger\u00e7eklerin hat\u0131rlat\u0131lmas\u0131nda yarar bulunmaktad\u0131r&#8217; denilerek maddeler halinde s\u0131raland\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>1- Sinan O\u011fan\u2019\u0131n a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu dava kabul edilmi\u015ftir.
