Madde referanduma gitmesi i\u00e7in gerekli olan 330 oya ula\u015famad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in reddedildi ve paketten d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Ayn\u0131 madde ilk turda 70 ret oyuna kar\u015f\u0131, 338 oyla kabul edilmi\u015fti. Teklifin 26. maddesine ba\u011fl\u0131 ge\u00e7ici 18. maddede, parti kapatma davalar\u0131na ili\u015fkin, Anayasa&#8217;n\u0131n 69. maddesinde teklifle yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fikliklerin, g\u00f6r\u00fclmekte olan davalara da uygulanmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Siyasi partilerin 2009 y\u0131l\u0131 mali denetimi de Anayasa Mahkemesince yap\u0131lacak, 2010 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren ise Say\u0131\u015ftay&#8217;a ge\u00e7mesini \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyordu.<\/p>\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #f00;\">Error, group does not exist!
