Yani T\u00fcrk havac\u0131l\u0131k ve uzay sanayisi art\u0131k geli\u015fiyor ve b\u00fcy\u00fcyor&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; &#8220;13 y\u0131l \u00f6nce dikti\u011fimiz fidan\u0131n meyvelerini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Ula\u015ft\u0131rma Denizcilik ve Haberle\u015fme Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 M\u00fcste\u015far Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Orhan Birdal, havac\u0131l\u0131k tarihlerinde 13 y\u0131l \u00f6nce diktikleri fidanlar\u0131n meyve verdi\u011fine 300&#8217;\u00fcnc\u00fc u\u00e7akla \u015fahitlik ettiklerini belirterek, THY&#8217;nin g\u00fcc\u00fcne g\u00fc\u00e7 katan, filosunu geni\u015fleten ve gen\u00e7le\u015ftiren bu giri\u015fimlerin herkesi son derece mutlu etti\u011fini anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 bu mutlulukta havac\u0131l\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn tarihi ser\u00fcveninin de \u00f6nemli pay\u0131 oldu\u011funu dile getiren Birdal, &#8220;T\u00fcrk Hava Yollar\u0131 i\u015fletmesi, Cumhuriyetimizin ilk y\u0131llar\u0131nda kurulmu\u015f bir fidand\u0131. Bu fidan Cumhuriyetimizle birlikte b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc, serpildi ve bug\u00fcn kollar\u0131, dallar\u0131 \u00fclke s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131na ta\u015fan, uluslararas\u0131 arenada \u00f6nemli bir yere sahip, k\u00f6kle\u015fmi\u015f, kurumsalla\u015fm\u0131\u015f, i\u00e7inden dev bir markay\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015f bir kurulu\u015f haline geldi&#8221; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Birdal, Cumhuriyet&#8217;in kurucusu Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atat\u00fcrk&#8217;\u00fcn &#8220;\u0130stikbal g\u00f6klerdedir&#8221; diyerek \u00e7izdi\u011fi vizyondan, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin hi\u00e7bir zaman vazge\u00e7medi\u011fini kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki ilk u\u00e7u\u015flara ve sivil havac\u0131l\u0131k tarihine de\u011finen Birdal, bu alanda ya\u015fanan ilkleri anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Birdal, sivil havacl\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde 2003 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar serbestle\u015fme ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilemedi\u011fini, rekabet ortam\u0131 olu\u015fturulamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve istenilen geli\u015fmenin sa\u011flanamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, 2003 y\u0131l\u0131nda h\u00fck\u00fcmet politikas\u0131 olarak sivil havac\u0131l\u0131kta serbestle\u015fmeyi sa\u011flamalar\u0131yla birlikte sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fcn tamamen a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; &#8220;Art\u0131k ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 i\u015flere imza at\u0131yoruz&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Bu vizyondan hareketle T\u00fcrk havac\u0131l\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn neredeyse tamam\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fcnya pazarlar\u0131nda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir konuma geldi\u011fini belirten Birdal, s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Havac\u0131l\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn bug\u00fcn geldi\u011fi noktaya bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, art\u0131k T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin bu sekt\u00f6rde bir d\u00fcnya oyuncusu haline geldi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Havaliman\u0131 i\u015fletmecilerimiz, havayolu i\u015fletmelerimiz, hizmet kurulu\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z d\u00fcnya \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011finde ba\u015far\u0131lara imza at\u0131yorlar. \u00dclkemiz sivil havac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, hem b\u00f6lge hem de d\u00fcnya sivil havac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6rnek te\u015fkil edebilecek bir duruma geldi.<\/p>\n<p>Gerek sekt\u00f6rde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z yasal d\u00fczenlemelerle gerek havalimanlar\u0131na yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z yat\u0131r\u0131mlar ve gerek b\u00f6lgesel havac\u0131l\u0131k projesini hayata ge\u00e7irmemiz sayesinde, T\u00fcrk havac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 irtifas\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fckseltti. K\u00fcresel krizlerde d\u00fcnyada havac\u0131l\u0131k k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcrken, T\u00fcrk sivil havac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu krizlerden b\u00fcy\u00fcyerek \u00e7\u0131kmay\u0131 ba\u015fard\u0131. &#8216;Havayolunu halk\u0131n yolu yapaca\u011f\u0131z&#8217; dedik ve bug\u00fcn bunu ba\u015farman\u0131n hakl\u0131 gururunu ya\u015f\u0131yoruz.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; &#8220;Yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 u\u00e7u\u015f noktalar\u0131 60&#8217;tan 258&#8217;e y\u00fckseldi&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Birdal, \u00f6nceden iki havayolu \u015firketiyle 2 noktadan sadece 26 noktaya ula\u015f\u0131l\u0131rken, bug\u00fcn 7 havayolu \u015firketinin yurt sath\u0131nda 55 farkl\u0131 noktaya u\u00e7tu\u011funu, havac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n imkanlar\u0131n\u0131 halk\u0131n hizmetine sunduklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Bu tarihten 13 y\u0131l \u00f6nce yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda 60 noktaya u\u00e7abilen u\u00e7aklar\u0131n bug\u00fcn 258 farkl\u0131 noktaya u\u00e7abilir hale geldi\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen Birdal, bunun sonucunda da 2003 y\u0131l\u0131nda toplam 34 milyon olan yolcu say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u015fu anda 182 milyona yakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; &#8220;T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki \u00e7apraz u\u00e7u\u015f say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131raca\u011f\u0131z&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Birdal, kamu kaynaklar\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen havac\u0131l\u0131k yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n kamula\u015ft\u0131rmalarla 2,5 milyar dolar\u0131 ge\u00e7ti\u011fini vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye hava sahas\u0131nda 2003&#8217;te 44 bin 500 kilometre u\u00e7u\u015f yolu bulunurken, u\u00e7u\u015f yolu uzunlu\u011funun yakla\u015f\u0131k 64 bin kilometreye \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkati \u00e7eken Birdal, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Bu durum sekt\u00f6rdeki canl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fcmeyi de art\u0131rd\u0131. 2,2 milyar dolar olan sekt\u00f6r cirosu 10 kattan fazla artarak yakla\u015f\u0131k 24 milyar dolara ula\u015ft\u0131. Bundan sonraki hedeflerimizden biri de havac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 daha fazla yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in her yerde insanlar\u0131n konup kalkabilece\u011fi tesisler yapmak. Her ilde bir amat\u00f6r pisti kuraca\u011f\u0131z. Sadece \u0130stanbul de\u011fil T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin d\u00f6rt bir yan\u0131nda yeni havalimanlar\u0131 yapt\u0131k ve yapmaya da devam ediyoruz. Bir ki\u015finin bir noktadan hareket ederek en fazla 100 kilometre seyahat ederek bir havaliman\u0131na ula\u015fabilmesi hedefini koymu\u015ftuk ve bunu da b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. Buna paralel olarak da T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7apraz u\u00e7u\u015f say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131raca\u011f\u0131z.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; &#8220;U\u00e7ak sipari\u015fi vermek kolay bir i\u015f de\u011fil&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>THY Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Temel Kotil de bu hangarda bir \u00e7ok t\u00f6ren yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 an\u0131msatarak, &#8220;300. u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131m\u0131z hay\u0131rl\u0131 u\u011furlu olsun. Bu, uzun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n sonucu Allah\u2019\u0131n bize nasip etti\u011fi Airbus\u2019\u0131n bizim i\u00e7in tasarlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir u\u00e7ak&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Daha \u00f6nce hangar b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatan Kotil, o d\u00f6nemlerde THY&#8217;nin 65 u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Kotil, bundan sonra bir\u00e7ok u\u00e7ak sipari\u015fi verdiklerini, u\u00e7ak sipari\u015finin y\u00f6netim kurulu i\u00e7in a\u011f\u0131r bir g\u00f6rev oldu\u011funu, bunlar\u0131 finanse etmenin kolay olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>2006 y\u0131l\u0131nda 4 ayda 24 hat a\u00e7t\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, o hatlarla THY\u2019nin kaderinin de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fini vurgulayan Kotil, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Bu 24 nokta K\u00f6rfez&#8217;de a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131 ve bununla THY Avrupa&#8217;y\u0131 Orta Do\u011fu&#8217;ya ba\u011flayan global oyuncu olmak i\u00e7in bayrak ald\u0131. Bunun \u00fczerine yeni hatlar a\u00e7t\u0131k ve \u015fu anda 236 noktaya u\u00e7uyoruz. Yurt i\u00e7inde de 42 noktam\u0131z var. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda Anadolujet gibi yavrumuz da var. T\u00fcrk Hava Yollar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fcmesine ortak olmaktan dolay\u0131 gurur duyuyor ve gelecekte de b\u00fcy\u00fcmelerinin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olmay\u0131 sab\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131kla bekliyoruz&#8221; \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Konu\u015fmalardan sonra plaket takdimi ve pasta kesimi yap\u0131ld\u0131. Yeni u\u00e7aktan, milli havayolunun b\u00fcy\u00fcme stratejisi do\u011frultusunda \u0130stanbul \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015fl\u0131, orta ve uzun menzilli u\u00e7u\u015flarda istifade edilecek.<\/p>\n<p>Airbus ve THY&#8217;nin 1984 y\u0131l\u0131nda, ilk A310 teslimat\u0131 ile ba\u015flayan uzun soluklu ili\u015fkisi ve stratejik ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131, bug\u00fcn 53&#8217;\u00fc A330 ailesi u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131 olmak \u00fczere, toplam 159 Airbus u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n k\u00fcresel ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131da hizmet vermesi ile g\u00fc\u00e7lenerek s\u00fcr\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Airbus, eko-verimli ve yeni nesil u\u00e7ak ailesi sayesinde THY&#8217;nin b\u00fcy\u00fcme stratejisi dahilinde yer alan ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layacak u\u00e7ak portf\u00f6y\u00fcne sahip bulunuyor.
