Sulh Hukuk Mahkemesine ba\u015fvurularak, kongrenin toplanmas\u0131 ve \u00f6ncesindeki i\u015flemler i\u00e7in MHP Aksaray \u0130l Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ayhan Erel, MHP Kurucular Kurulu \u00dcyesi Ali Sa\u011f\u0131r, MHP Bursa \u00fcst kurul delegesi Mehmet Bilgi\u00e7\u2019in \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 heyeti olarak g\u00f6revlendirilmesi talebiyle dava a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>MHP Genel Merkezi ve Genel Ba\u015fkan Devlet Bah\u00e7eli\u2019nin avukat\u0131 Hamit Kocabey, s\u00fcrpriz bir kararla dosyadan \u00e7ekildi. H\u00fcrriyet\u2019e konu\u015fan Kocabey, \u201c10 senedir, partinin ve genel ba\u015fkan\u0131n avukatl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yap\u0131yorum. Ama bu dosyada benim iznim olmadan, Parti Genel Sekreteri\u2019nin talimat\u0131 ile avukat Y\u00fccel Bulut vekaletname sunmu\u015ftur. Bulut ayn\u0131 zamanda partinin Merkez Disiplin Kurulu \u00fcyesidir. Bu davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n etik olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Bu nedenle dosyadan \u00e7ekildim.
