Sulh Hukuk Mahkemesi&#8217;nin 8 Nisan&#8217;daki ilam\u0131 gere\u011fince, Milliyet\u00e7i Hareket Partisi Ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc B\u00fcy\u00fck Kongresi&#8217;nin toplant\u0131ya \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lmas\u0131 ve gerekli i\u015flemlerin icras\u0131 hususunda kendilerine \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 Heyeti s\u0131fat\u0131yla yetki verildi\u011fini an\u0131msatan Sa\u011f\u0131r, Erel ve Bilgi\u00e7, \u015funlar\u0131 ifade etti:<br \/>\n&#8220;S\u00f6z konusu karar\u0131n verdi\u011fi yetki ile MHP Parti T\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn ilgili h\u00fck\u00fcmleri gere\u011fi ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fck kongrenin yerine getirilmesi amac\u0131yla gerekli i\u015f ve i\u015flemler ba\u015flat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
