Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u2018taksimetre\u2019 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. As\u0131l ilgin\u00e7 olan, ilk defa 2016 y\u0131lba\u015f\u0131nda ikincisi de bu y\u0131lba\u015f\u0131nda mevcut otoyol ve \u0130stanbul\u2019daki iki k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00fccret tarifesindeki \u2018fiyatlama\u2019 dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. 2016 y\u0131lba\u015f\u0131nda hem y\u00fczde 16 zam yap\u0131l\u0131yor, hem de HGS ve OGS ge\u00e7i\u015flerine uygulanan y\u00fczde 20 indirim geri \u00e7ekiliyordu. Hen\u00fcz a\u00e7\u0131klanmam\u0131\u015f Aral\u0131k ay\u0131 has\u0131lat\u0131 i\u00e7in ortalama bir de\u011fer girilerek yap\u0131lacak hesapla; Karayollar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n 2016\u2019da elde edece\u011fi br\u00fct has\u0131lat\u0131n kabaca y\u00fczde 39\u2019luk bir art\u0131\u015fla 266 milyon TL daha fazla olaca\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. B\u00f6ylece 2016 y\u0131l\u0131 1.2 milyar TL\u2019lik bir gelirle kapat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olacak.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eimdi 2017 i\u00e7in her ikisi de enflasyonu \u00e7ok \u00fczerinde olmak \u00fczere, k\u00f6pr\u00fclere y\u00fczde 48, otoyollara da y\u00fczde 15 zamla beklenen \u015fu olmal\u0131; ge\u00e7en ara\u00e7 say\u0131s\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f olmayaca\u011f\u0131 gibi muhafazakar bir varsay\u0131mla, toplam has\u0131lat kabaca 1.5 milyar TL civar\u0131nda olacak. B\u00f6ylece, \u0130stanbul\u2019da iki k\u00f6pr\u00fcden ge\u00e7enler ile t\u00fcm T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de paral\u0131 devlet otoyollar\u0131n\u0131 kullananlar; \u00f6dedikleri vergilerin yan\u0131nda bir de bu k\u00f6pr\u00fc ve otoyollara enflasyonun \u00e7ok \u00fczerinde \u00f6dedikleri ge\u00e7i\u015f \u00fccretleri ile \u015fimdilik \u00fc\u00e7 Y\u0130D projesini de finanse ediyor olacaklar; 2017 zamlar\u0131 ile sa\u011flanan, Osmangazi K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn bir ayl\u0131k kamu taahh\u00fcd\u00fcne ancak yetecek kadar olsa da!<\/p>\n<p>OSMANgazi K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn ge\u00e7i\u015f \u00fccretinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi sonucu \u00f6zel i\u015fletmecilerin bir kayb\u0131 yok. Olas\u0131l\u0131kla indirimi kamu kesimi bunu talep etti; nas\u0131l olsa 40 dolar \u00fczerinden 40 bin ge\u00e7i\u015f \u00f6deme taahh\u00fcd\u00fc var.
