T\u00fcrkiye yeniden siyasi denetim s\u00fcrecine al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/h2>\n<p>Avrupa Konseyi Parlamenter Meclisi, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin denetim s\u00fcrecine al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 kabul etti. Karar 45&#8217;e kar\u015f\u0131 113 oyla al\u0131nd\u0131. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te Avrupa \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 S\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin temel de\u011ferlerinin uygulanmas\u0131 denetlenecek.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye 1996&#8217;da girdi\u011fi denetimden 2004&#8217;te \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin AKPM ge\u00e7mi\u015fi<\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin 1949 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurucu \u00fcye olarak dahil oldu\u011fu AKPM&#8217;de 1990&#8217;l\u0131 y\u0131llarda olu\u015fturulan &#8220;denetim s\u00fcreci&#8221; \u00fcye \u00fclkelerde demokrasi, insan haklar\u0131 ve hukukun \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi Avrupa \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi&#8217;nin (A\u0130HS) temel de\u011ferlerini tesis etmeyi ama\u00e7l\u0131yor ve uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131 denetliyor. 1996&#8217;da bu s\u00fcrece dahil edilen T\u00fcrkiye, yap\u0131lan yap\u0131sal de\u011fi\u015fiklikler ve d\u00fczenlemeler sonras\u0131 2004&#8217;te s\u00fcre\u00e7ten \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131larak &#8220;denetim sonras\u0131 izleme s\u00fcrecine&#8221; dahil edilmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<!-- Error, Advert is not available at this time due to schedule\/geolocation restrictions! -->\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AKPM&#8217;den T\u00fcrkiye karar\u0131!
