\nGazete Duvar’\u0131n haberine g\u00f6re D\u0130SK, KESK, TMMOB ve TTB temsilcilerinden olu\u015fan miting tertip komitesinin ba\u015fvurusuna \u0130zmir Valili\u011fi OHAL\u2019i gerek\u00e7e g\u00f6stererek izin vermedi.<\/p>\n
Gerek\u00e7e olarak 2935 Say\u0131l\u0131 Ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc Hal Kanunu’nun ‘m’ bendi ve 2911 Toplant\u0131 ve G\u00f6steri Y\u00fcr\u00fc\u015fleri Kanunu’nun 17. maddesi g\u00f6sterildi.<\/p>\n
Metinde “Kamu d\u00fczenini, ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerini bozacak olaylara sebebiyet verilebilece\u011fi de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finden ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi muhtemel, istenmeyen ve telafisi olmayan olaylar\u0131n meydana gelmesini \u00f6nlemek amac\u0131yla 23.12.2017 tarihinde d\u00fczenlenilmek istenilen ‘OHAL de\u011fil Demokrasi’ konulu g\u00f6steri y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ve a\u00e7\u0131k hava toplant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u0130zmir il s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde yap\u0131lmas\u0131, ayn\u0131 konu ile ilgili olarak afi\u015f, pankart, el ilan\u0131 ve bildiri as\u0131lmas\u0131 veya da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 Valili\u011fimizce yasaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r” ifadeleri yer ald\u0131.<\/p>\n
