Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m, k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli ve insanlar\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcnl\u00fck pratik sorunlara odaklan\u0131r. Bu nedenle mental antrenman\u0131n (psikolojik beceri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma program\u0131n\u0131n) \u00f6nemli bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak, k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli ve uzun s\u00fcreli geli\u015fmelere odaklanan spor insanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in faydal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu nedenle BDT, sorun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcml\u00fc ve davran\u0131\u015f y\u00f6nelimli bir yakla\u015f\u0131m olarak yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli ve bug\u00fcne odakl\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m spor insan\u0131 ve tak\u0131mla;<br \/>\na) Sorunu veya sorunlar\u0131 birlikte anl\u0131yoruz.<br \/>\nb) Sorun veya sorunlar\u0131 spor insan\u0131n veya tak\u0131m\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce, duygu, davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 ve g\u00fcn i\u00e7indeki i\u015flevlerini nas\u0131l etkiledi\u011fini belirlemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz.<br \/>\nc) Destek hedefleri belirleyip bir mental antrenman plan\u0131 olu\u015fturuyorum. <\/p>\n<p>Mental antrenman\u0131n temel ama\u00e7lar\u0131ndan biri, spor insan\u0131n\u0131n sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zmekte halen kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ba\u015f etme y\u00f6ntemlerine g\u00f6re daha faydal\u0131 olabilecek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler \u00fcretebilmesini sa\u011flamakt\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, spor insan\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorununun \u015fiddetine ve niteli\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak gerekli oldu\u011funda bir klinik psikologu veya psikiyatristten de yard\u0131m almas\u0131 konusunda y\u00f6nlendiriyorum.<\/p>\n<p>Mental antrenmanda oturum say\u0131s\u0131, spor insan\u0131n\u0131n sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n niteli\u011fine, \u015fiddetine ve hedeflerine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak de\u011fi\u015fir.
