{"id":260912,"date":"2018-01-31T16:38:53","date_gmt":"2018-01-31T13:38:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.nationalturk.com\/?p=260912"},"modified":"2018-01-31T16:38:53","modified_gmt":"2018-01-31T13:38:53","slug":"gumruk-muafiyet-orani-yine-dusuruluyor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nationalturk.com\/tr\/gumruk-muafiyet-orani-yine-dusuruluyor\/","title":{"rendered":"G\u00fcmr\u00fck muafiyet oran\u0131 yine d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor!"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan e-ticaret yoluyla sipari\u015f edilen \u00fcr\u00fcnlere y\u00f6nelik g\u00fcmr\u00fck muafiyet oran\u0131, 30 avrodan 22 avroya d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/h2>\n<p>AA muhabirinin G\u00fcmr\u00fck ve Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yetkililerinden edindi\u011fi bilgiye g\u00f6re, konuya y\u00f6nelik haz\u0131rlanan karar, Bakanlar Kurulu&#8217;nda imzaya sunuldu.<\/p>\n<p>Buna g\u00f6re, posta ya da h\u0131zl\u0131 kargo ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 yoluyla ithal edilen \u00fcr\u00fcnlere ve sipari\u015flere y\u00f6nelik g\u00fcmr\u00fck muafiyet oran\u0131 30 avrodan 22 avroya d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclecek.<\/p>\n<p>Avrupa Birli\u011fi \u00fclkelerinde genel olarak bu oran\u0131n 22 avro olarak uygulanmas\u0131 nedeniyle T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de de bu y\u00f6nde d\u00fczenleme karar\u0131 al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>30 avro s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zeterek sipari\u015f vermi\u015f olan al\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n i\u015flemlerinin tamamlanmas\u0131 ile posta ve h\u0131zl\u0131 kargo operat\u00f6rlerinin kendi sistem ve i\u015f ak\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe uyarlayabilmesi amac\u0131yla 15 g\u00fcnl\u00fck ge\u00e7i\u015f d\u00f6nemi de \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan posta ve h\u0131zl\u0131 kargo yoluyla T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye g\u00f6nderilen ve burada bulunmayan bilimsel ve e\u011fitim ama\u00e7l\u0131 kitaplar i\u00e7in uygulanan tek ve maktu vergi oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131 nedeniyle, bu e\u015fyaya uygulanan muafiyet limiti de 150 avroya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6z konusu kitaplar i\u00e7in yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda uygulanan KDV oran\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurularak, y\u00fczde 8&#8217;lik tek ve maktu vergi belirlendi.
