Kendisi ayn\u0131 zamanda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmalar, yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 yaz\u0131lar ve ortaya koydu\u011fu davran\u0131\u015flar ile sporda psiko-sosyal alanlarla ilgili \u00f6nemli malzemeler vermektedir. Bunlardan biri de 10.000 saat kural\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\t10.000 saat kural\u0131 nedir? Malcolm Gladwell isimli tarih \u00f6\u011frenimi g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f bir gazetecinin \u201cOutliers\u201d (\u00c7izginin D\u0131\u015f\u0131ndakiler) ad\u0131nda yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir kitap var. Bu kitapta Gladwell, ba\u015far\u0131ya etki eden etkenlerden biri olarak 10.000 saat kural\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyar. Bu kurala g\u00f6re bir konuda uzmanla\u015fmak i\u00e7in en az 10.000 saat \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekir. Outliers \u2013 \u00c7izginin D\u0131\u015f\u0131ndakiler adl\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00fcnl\u00fc bir kitab\u0131n yazar\u0131.. 10.000 Saat Kural\u0131\u2019n\u0131 d\u00fcnyaya tan\u0131tan ki\u015fi.. Nedir bu 10.000 Saat Kural\u0131 ? Bir i\u015fin Usta\u2019s\u0131 olmak i\u00e7in 10.000 Saat EMEK sarf etmek gerekir. 10.000 Saat = G\u00fcnde 4 Saat x Y\u0131lda 250 G\u00fcn x 10 Y\u0131l .. Yani G\u00fcnde 4 Saat pratik yaparsan, 10 y\u0131lda o i\u015fin \u201cUsta\u201ds\u0131 oluyorsun.. Adamlar d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda her meslekten en ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 insanlar\u0131 incelemi\u015fler ve bu kural\u0131 ilan etmi\u015fler.. Kendime dedim ki ; Ulen Memo, bu \u0130\u015f\u2019te bu kadar EMEK harcad\u0131n, senin de 10 y\u0131l\u0131n dolmak \u00fczere..Bu 10.000 Saat Kural\u0131\u2019n\u0131 \u201cUsta\u201d Profesyonel Futbol Oyuncusu olmak i\u00e7in uyarla bakal\u0131m, ne \u00e7\u0131kacak ?\u201d. (2) Sonra da bir tablo ortaya koymu\u015f. Merak edenler kaynak\u00e7adaki linkten o tabloyu g\u00f6rebilirler.<\/p>\n<p>\tPeki bu 10.000 saat kural\u0131 sporda ge\u00e7erli mi? \u00d6rne\u011fin 8 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki bir \u00e7ocuk, haftada 20 saat \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rsa 10 y\u0131lda 10.000 saate ula\u015fabilir. Fakat bu durum, pedagojik anlamda kabul edilemez. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc haftada 20 saat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ya\u015flar i\u00e7in \u00e7ok monoton olur. Bu monotonluk t\u00fckenmi\u015fli\u011fe ve motivasyon kayb\u0131na sebep olabilir. Biyolojik a\u00e7\u0131dan da tehlike i\u00e7erebilir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc zorlanmadan kaynaklanan ve tekrar edebilen sakatl\u0131klara yol a\u00e7abilir. Ayr\u0131ca bu rakam, genetik profili ve yetene\u011fin \u00f6nemini g\u00f6rmezlikten gelir. Yetene\u011fi g\u00f6rmezlikten geldi\u011fi i\u00e7in motivasyona gere\u011finden fazla \u00f6nem verir. Ayr\u0131ca bu kural, destekleyici sa\u011flam kan\u0131tlara sahip olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in bilimsel a\u00e7\u0131dan da ele\u015ftirilmektedir. \u00d6rne\u011fin Atletik Beceri Modeli (Athletic Skill Model-ASM)\u2019ne g\u00f6re \u00e7ok k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ya\u015fta antrenmanda a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 uzmanla\u015fmaya gidilmemelidir. Ayr\u0131ca antrenmanda ge\u00e7irilen tahmini zaman, bireysel farkl\u0131l\u0131klara dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in ortalama bir saate odaklanmak tart\u0131\u015fmal\u0131d\u0131r. Antrenmanda ge\u00e7irilen s\u00fcreden ziyade antrenman\u0131n i\u00e7eri\u011fi daha \u00f6nemlidir. Yani ASM\u2019ye g\u00f6re antrenmanda ka\u00e7 saat ge\u00e7irdi\u011fin de\u011fil, ne yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00f6nemlidir. (3)<\/p>\n<p>\tBu konuda farkl\u0131 rakamlar da ortaya at\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin Amerikal\u0131 felsefe profes\u00f6r\u00fc Lou Marinoff\u2019a g\u00f6re sanatta ve sporda uzmanla\u015fmak i\u00e7in 15 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gerekir. Vuru\u015flar\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmek i\u00e7in be\u015f y\u0131l teknik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak, vuru\u015flar\u0131 oyunda nas\u0131l kullanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmek i\u00e7in be\u015f y\u0131l taktik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak ve nas\u0131l kazan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmek i\u00e7in be\u015f y\u0131l teknik ve takti\u011fi b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ftirmek (4) \u015e\u00fcphesiz bir sporcunun geli\u015fimi boyunca y\u0131llar ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e antrenman say\u0131s\u0131 artar. (3)<\/p>\n<p>\tDolay\u0131s\u0131yla Seyit Mehmet \u00d6zkan gibi sporu seven hevesli insanlar her okudu\u011funu, duydu\u011funu ve g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc spora uyarlamadan \u00f6nce bilimin ve felsefenin s\u00fczgecinden ge\u00e7irmelidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc hevesli olmak spora y\u00fczeysel bakmaya, hemen kabule ve pop\u00fcler k\u00fclt\u00fcre yenik d\u00fc\u015fmeye sebep olur. \u015e\u00fcpheci olmak ise ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya ve sorgulamaya sebep olur.
