Bu zaman zarf\u0131nda bana en \u00e7ok sorulan sorulardan biri de \u201cMental antrenman ne zaman yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r?\u201d. Bu sorunun cevab\u0131 gayet basit. ABD ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere bu alanda \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan \u00e7o\u011fu yerde oldu\u011fu gibi mental antrenman, <strong>ma\u00e7 g\u00fcn\u00fc ve ma\u00e7tan bir g\u00fcn \u00f6nce<\/strong> yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u015eimdi bu cevab\u0131n temellendirmesini yapaca\u011f\u0131m. <\/p>\n<p>\u00d6ncelikle \u015funu ifade etmeliyim ki benim ifade etti\u011fim \u015fekliyle <strong>zihinsel performans antren\u00f6r\u00fc<\/strong> olan ve bilimsel kaynaklarda <strong>e\u011fitici spor psikologu<\/strong> olarak ge\u00e7en profesyoneller; ne duygusal bozukluklar\u0131 olan bireyleri iyile\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in e\u011fitilmi\u015flerdir, ne de lisansl\u0131 psikologlard\u0131r (1). Bu profesyonellerin amac\u0131, ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmak i\u00e7in gerekli olan zihinsel (mental) taktikler \u00fczerine odaklanarak performans geli\u015fiminin ana amac\u0131n\u0131 ve performanstaki istikrar\u0131 artt\u0131rmada ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olman\u0131n yollar\u0131n\u0131 aramakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Mental antrenman, yararl\u0131 fikirlerin sporcunun somut problemlerine uygulanarak faydal\u0131 olabilir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla belirli t\u00fcrde sorunlar, sadece belirli bir ortamda \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmeye uygundur. Ma\u00e7 motivasyonu, ma\u00e7 kayg\u0131s\u0131, ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131k korkusu, ma\u00e7 stresi ve yedek kalma s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 gibi konularla ilgili destek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ma\u00e7 g\u00fcn\u00fc veya ma\u00e7tan bir g\u00fcn \u00f6nce yap\u0131l\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu tip sorunlar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda sporcu birisiyle konu\u015fma ihtiyac\u0131 duyar. B\u00f6ylece sporcu, mental antrenman tekniklerini kullan\u0131p zihinsel, bedensel ve ruhsal olarak tamamen haz\u0131rlanarak yar\u0131\u015fma s\u0131ras\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen olaylar \u00fczerinde daha \u00e7ok kontrol kazanabilir.
