Ta\u015fk\u0131nlar\u0131 sonra erdirecek proje olmas\u0131 nedeniyle &#8220;Meri\u00e7&#8217;in sigortas\u0131&#8221; olarak an\u0131lan tahliye kanal\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 99&#8217;luk k\u0131sm\u0131 tamamland\u0131.<\/h2>\n<p>AA muhabirinin derledi\u011fi bilgiye g\u00f6re, Rila Da\u011flar\u0131&#8217;ndan do\u011fan ve Arda ile Tunca nehirlerinin kol olarak kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 Meri\u00e7 Nehri&#8217;nin havzas\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 65&#8217;i Bulgaristan&#8217;da yer al\u0131yor. Havzas\u0131ndaki kar erimeleri ve sa\u011fanaklar\u0131n debisini art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 Meri\u00e7, e\u011fimli araziden Edirne Ovas\u0131&#8217;na h\u0131zla geli\u015fte zaman zaman yatak kapasitesini a\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemlerde ta\u015fk\u0131na neden oluyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bulgaristan&#8217;\u0131n \u00f6zelle\u015ftirdi\u011fi barajlar\u0131n i\u015fletmecileri, daha \u00e7ok enerji \u00fcretilmesi i\u00e7in barajlar\u0131 s\u00fcrekli dolu halde tutuyor. Barajlar, sa\u011fanak ve kar erimeleri nehrin debisini art\u0131r\u0131yor. Bulgaristan taraf\u0131nda 15&#8217;i ana nehir g\u00f6vdelerinde 8&#8217;i yan kollarda 23 baraj ve 50&#8217;ye yak\u0131n sulama bendi bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dczerinde \u0130vaylovgrad, Studen Kladenetz, K\u0131rcaali (Arda Nehri), Ovcarika, Trakietz, Pjasacnik, Antonivonovi\u00e7, Topolnitza, Kritchim, Bas\u0131l Kolarov, Batak (Meri\u00e7 Nehri), Malko Sharkovo, Jdepchevo, Dimitrov, Dabova (Tunca Nehri) gibi \u00f6nemli barajlar\u0131n bulundu\u011fu nehirler, \u00f6zellikle ya\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131n yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu sonbahar, k\u0131\u015f ve ilkbahar aylar\u0131nda ta\u015fk\u0131n olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Son y\u0131llar\u0131n en y\u00fcksek debisi 2015&#8217;te kaydedildi<\/p>\n<p>Meri\u00e7 Nehri&#8217;nin T\u00fcrkiye taraf\u0131nda su ta\u015f\u0131ma kapasitesi, yatak dolulu\u011funa ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak de\u011fi\u015fiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Suyun getirdi\u011fi kumun miktar\u0131, ta\u015fma seviyesini belirliyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin 1984&#8217;te debi 2 bin 476 metrek\u00fcp\/saniyede ta\u015fk\u0131na neden olmu\u015fken, 2005&#8217;te bin 190 metrek\u00fcp\/saniyede, 2006&#8217;da bin 791 metrek\u00fcp\/saniyede, 2007&#8217;de bin 497 metrek\u00fcp saniyede, 2010&#8217;da bin 713 metrek\u00fcp\/saniyede, 2012&#8217;de ise bin 398 metrek\u00fcp\/saniyede ta\u015fk\u0131na neden oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Son y\u0131llar\u0131n en y\u00fcksek debisi ise 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda kaydedildi. O y\u0131l 31 y\u0131l\u0131n en y\u00fcksek debisi olarak ifade edilen 2 bin 149 metrek\u00fcp\/saniyelik debi sonucu ta\u015fk\u0131n olu\u015ftu. Art\u0131\u015fa ba\u011fl\u0131 ya\u015fanan ta\u015fk\u0131nda, Yunanistan ve Karaa\u011fa\u00e7 Mahallesi&#8217;ne giden yollar kapand\u0131, askeri ara\u00e7larla ta\u015f\u0131nan vatanda\u015flar\u0131n \u015fehir merkeziyle ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 kesildi ve acil durumlarda askeri helikopterler devreye girdi.<\/p>\n<p>Tarihte \u00f6nemli ta\u015fk\u0131nlar 1571, 1872, 1897, 1929, 1936, 1940, 1947 y\u0131llar\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. <\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zel sekt\u00f6r kar amac\u0131nda<\/p>\n<p>Son 15 y\u0131ld\u0131r &#8220;kritik debi&#8221;nin s\u0131k\u00e7a a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n nedeni olarak, iklimsel de\u011fi\u015fikliklerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra 1994&#8217;ten sonra Bulgaristan&#8217;\u0131n baraj i\u015fletmelerini \u00f6zelle\u015ftirmesi neden olarak g\u00f6steriliyor. \u00d6zel sekt\u00f6r daha \u00e7ok elektrik \u00fcretmek ve barajda daha \u00e7ok su tutmak hedefiyle barajlar\u0131 i\u015fletiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Durum b\u00f6yle olunca sa\u011fana\u011f\u0131n baraj savaklar\u0131ndan nehre kar\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 sonucu zaman zaman hacmine g\u00f6re ta\u015fk\u0131n olu\u015fabiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ta\u015fk\u0131ndan korunmak i\u00e7in neler yap\u0131l\u0131yor?<\/p>\n<p>Meri\u00e7 Nehri&#8217;nin ta\u015fk\u0131n sahas\u0131 ile kent merkezi aras\u0131nda tampon b\u00f6lgeyi olu\u015fturan yakla\u015f\u0131k 115 kilometrelik k\u0131\u015f seddesi 1966 y\u0131l\u0131nda Devlet Su \u0130\u015fleri&#8217;nce (DS\u0130) yap\u0131ld\u0131. DS\u0130 taraf\u0131ndan zaman zaman nehir yata\u011f\u0131nda kum temizli\u011fi s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclerek ta\u015f\u0131ma kapasitesi art\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Ta\u015fk\u0131nlar\u0131 sonra erdirecek proje olmas\u0131 nedeniyle &#8220;Meri\u00e7&#8217;in sigortas\u0131&#8221; olarak an\u0131lan tahliye kanal\u0131n\u0131n ise y\u00fczde 99&#8217;luk k\u0131sm\u0131 tamamland\u0131. Son ta\u015fk\u0131na yeti\u015fememesine ra\u011fmen tahliye kanal\u0131n\u0131n may\u0131s ay\u0131nda devreye sokulmas\u0131 sonras\u0131 DS\u0130 yetkililerince bir daha Meri\u00e7 ta\u015fk\u0131n\u0131 olmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131 \u00e7iziliyor.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6pr\u00fc tamamlanmas\u0131 sonras\u0131 kanal baypasa ba\u015flayacak<\/p>\n<p>Meri\u00e7 Nehri&#8217;nin ta\u015fk\u0131na neden olmas\u0131 sonras\u0131nda yata\u011f\u0131n\u0131 baypas etmesi amac\u0131yla 2015 y\u0131l\u0131 a\u011fustos ay\u0131nda Orman ve Su \u0130\u015fleri Bakan\u0131 Veysel Ero\u011flu&#8217;nun talimat\u0131yla ba\u015flat\u0131lan proje tamamlanmak \u00fczere. <\/p>\n<p>Nehrin Arda Nehri ile birle\u015fti\u011fi noktada meydana gelebilecek 2 bin 562 metrek\u00fcp\/saniye debinin bin 789 metrek\u00fcp\/saniyelik k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n nehrin ana yata\u011f\u0131ndan ve 773 metrek\u00fcp\/saniyelik k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n da Kanal Edirne&#8217;den ge\u00e7irilmesi hedeflenen projede, ta\u015fk\u0131n\u0131n bertaraf edilmesi ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor. <\/p>\n<p>Kanal Edirne&#8217;nin 7 bin 800 metre uzunlu\u011fundaki kanal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131 kaz\u0131ld\u0131. Kara\u011fa\u00e7 Mahallesi giri\u015findeki k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn tamamlanmas\u0131 sonras\u0131 100 metrelik alan\u0131n kaz\u0131lmas\u0131 sonras\u0131 kanal Meri\u00e7 suyuyla bulu\u015facak.<\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7en hafta ba\u015f\u0131nda Sarayi\u00e7i mevkisinde ta\u015fk\u0131na neden olan Tunca Nehri&#8217;nin ta\u015fk\u0131n\u0131 sonras\u0131 yer yer Meri\u00e7 Nehri de ta\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;K\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 alarm&#8221; seviyesine kadar \u00e7\u0131kan nehirlerin debisinde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f devam ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>Nehir ta\u015fk\u0131n\u0131 nedeniyle baz\u0131 k\u00f6y yollar\u0131 ile tarihi k\u00f6pr\u00fclerden bir k\u0131sm\u0131 trafi\u011fe kapal\u0131 tutuluyor.
