Bu tavr\u0131, birtak\u0131m mutabakatlardan olu\u015fan birlikte ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 insan toplulu\u011funun kodlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan belirlenir. Davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131, hitap \u015feklini ve latifelerini bu ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortam\u0131n insanlar\u0131 ile kurmu\u015f oldu\u011fu etkile\u015fimler belirlemektedir. Bunlar y\u00f6resel olmakla birlikte zincirleme s\u00fcrecine giren kodlard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fclt\u00fcr, bir b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fck arz eder ve g\u00f6sterilen tepkilerin ayn\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 ve ortak alg\u0131 yaratmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. Ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fcnyay\u0131 bu kodlar sayesinde alg\u0131layarak tepkilerini g\u00f6sterir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu ortak ya\u015famdaki en \u00f6nemli birlikteli\u011fi sa\u011flayan unsur, ortak simgelerdir. Bunlar tarihsel bir s\u00fcre\u00e7te ve ya\u015famda birtak\u0131m temel de\u011ferler olu\u015fturmu\u015fsa, bu, art\u0131k ortak anlay\u0131\u015f olarak kabul g\u00f6r\u00fcr ve belirleyici unsur olarak k\u00fclt\u00fcrel yap\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7 dinami\u011fi olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kar.<\/p>\n<p>Toplumu olu\u015fturan bireylerin t\u00fcm psi\u015fik yap\u0131lar\u0131 farkl\u0131d\u0131r. Fakat hi\u00e7bir akit belgesi olmadan, toplumda sessizce mutabakat sa\u011flayan bir sosyolojik benzerlik sa\u011flayan unsur, k\u00fclt\u00fcrd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130talyanlar\u0131n giyim tarz\u0131 ve stilleri ile Frans\u0131zlar\u0131n, T\u00fcrklerin tarzlar\u0131 birbirinden farkl\u0131d\u0131r. Sporun farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc y\u00f6netme becerisinin temeli etik ve evrensel normlar\u0131n benimsenmesi ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olur.<\/p>\n<p>Spor k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcndeki ahlaksal k\u00fcltler, uyum a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ve birbirini anlama a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan y\u00f6resel kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcrece evrensel kodlar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 imk\u00e2ns\u0131z hale gelir.<\/p>\n<p>Geert Hofstede toplumlar\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerini d\u00f6rt farkl\u0131 boyutta inceliyor. Hofstede\u2019de g\u00f6re bu d\u00f6rt boyuta bakarak her toplumun ya da her toplulu\u011fun k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc \u2018okumak\u2019 m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Biz bu d\u00f6rt boyutun sadece ikisine bakarak sporun i\u00e7erik de\u011ferlerini ortaya koyabiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>1. Bir toplumda bireyin kendisinden bir \u00fcst seviyedekilerle ili\u015fkisi o topluma \u00f6zg\u00fc bir \u015fekil al\u0131r. Sosyal stat\u00fcs\u00fc daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olanlar\u0131n kendilerinden daha yukar\u0131da olanlara nas\u0131l davrand\u0131klar\u0131 her k\u00fclt\u00fcrde farkl\u0131d\u0131r. Hofstede bu k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00f6zelli\u011fi \u2018g\u00fc\u00e7 mesafesi\u2019 olarak adland\u0131r\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Feodal de\u011ferlerin ge\u00e7erli oldu\u011fu topluluklarda, demokratik de\u011ferlerin ge\u00e7erli oldu\u011fu topluluklarda bu g\u00fc\u00e7 mesafesi ciddi farkl\u0131l\u0131klar i\u00e7erir. Feodal yap\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde yeti\u015fmi\u015f bireyin, g\u00fcce verdi\u011fi de\u011ferin sonsuz ve ilahi bir sadakat i\u00e7eri\u011fi vard\u0131r ve ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k kay\u0131ts\u0131z \u015farts\u0131zd\u0131r. Bu bir y\u00f6netim stratejisidir (\u015fu an bizim durumumuz). \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc yetkilenen her birey ayn\u0131 \u2018biat\u2019 tavr\u0131 bekler.<\/p>\n<p>Demokratik de\u011ferlere sahip bireylerde ise sadece bir stat\u00fc farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan kaynaklanan bir hiyerar\u015fik farkl\u0131l\u0131k vard\u0131r ve o kurallar\u0131n ge\u00e7erli oldu\u011fu alan i\u00e7inde ge\u00e7erli olan tan\u0131mlard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Sporun y\u00f6netilmesindeki bu can al\u0131c\u0131 nokta, ayn\u0131 zamanda sporun her toplumda ne olabilece\u011fi anlam\u0131nda bir \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcde bulunarak, gelecek i\u00e7in bir yol haritas\u0131 ortaya koymaktad\u0131r. Tabii ki bu harita, bir yandan y\u00f6resel bir fig\u00fcr\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcnde, ahlaki yozla\u015fma ile g\u00fcce ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade ederken, di\u011fer taraftan etik de\u011ferler ile donat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f kolektif bir \u015fuur i\u00e7eren demokratik yap\u0131n\u0131n sporu y\u00f6netmesindeki zenginli\u011fi de ortaya koymaktad\u0131r. Bu iki zihniyet aras\u0131ndaki farkl\u0131l\u0131klar haliyle sonu\u00e7 olarak da farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterecektir.<\/p>\n<p>2. Erkeksi de\u011ferleri sahiplenen toplumlarda kendini \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131karmak, performans sergilemek, g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr bir ba\u015far\u0131 sa\u011flamak ve para kazanmak \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131karken kad\u0131n de\u011ferlerini sahiplenen toplumlarda insan ili\u015fkilerine paradan daha fazla \u00f6nem vermek, insanlara yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmak daha \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kar.<\/p>\n<p>Sporu ma\u00e7o kimli\u011fin i\u00e7ine sokarak erkek egemen bir kimlik kazand\u0131rmak, ayn\u0131 zamanda toplum i\u00e7inde yerle\u015fmi\u015f cinsel ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n da uygulama alan\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r. Saha i\u00e7inde, trib\u00fcnlerde, medyada edilen k\u00fcf\u00fcrler ve benzetmelerin tamam\u0131 bu feodal yap\u0131 i\u00e7inde yetersizliklerin g\u00f6stergesidir. Bu toplumlarda inan\u00e7lar ve ideolojik kurallar\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131nda da kad\u0131n her zaman kullan\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan bir arg\u00fcman olarak durur. Belki bir k\u0131stas veya k\u0131yastan dolay\u0131, fakat her ne olursa olsun, tamamen erkek egemen yap\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 belirlemek ama\u00e7l\u0131 bir k\u0131yas i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 zamanda bu bir yozla\u015fman\u0131n resmidir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcm insanlar\u0131n e\u015fit ko\u015fullarda ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 demokratik toplumlarda ise \u00fcretkenlik ve mesleki ahlaki kurallar esast\u0131r. Temeli demokratik ya\u015fam ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131ndan gelir. Cinsel ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, e\u015fit ko\u015fullarda herkesin birey olarak tan\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu toplumlarda \u00fcretmek esast\u0131r. Sporun kimli\u011findeki etik kurgu ve \u00fcretkenlik ancak bu tip demokratik yap\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde ge\u00e7erlidir.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcresel d\u00fcnyadaki etkile\u015fim ve ileti\u015fimdeki y\u00fcksek teknoloji sayesinde, art\u0131k her toplum di\u011ferinin de\u011ferlerini g\u00f6rmekte ve fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ya\u015famaktad\u0131r. Ya\u015fam\u0131n i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ge\u00e7mi\u015f zorunlulu\u011fu kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerdeki de\u011fi\u015fimler, y\u00f6resel farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir ortak k\u00f6y olarak alg\u0131lanmas\u0131na neden olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Dinin, dilin, mezhep ve etnik kimliklerin farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 ayr\u0131\u015fmalara neden olmamal\u0131. Aksine bu farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 birer zenginlik olarak alg\u0131lamak ve sayg\u0131 g\u00f6stererek ortak b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ftirici \u00fcst kimliklerde bulu\u015fmak ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz g\u00f6z\u00fckmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Spor, bu kolektif i\u015fbirli\u011finin ve bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n en ge\u00e7erli oldu\u011fu aland\u0131r. Spor, y\u00f6resel d\u00fcrt\u00fcler i\u00e7ine s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131p, ahlaki yozla\u015fma ile tan\u0131mlan\u0131rsa \u015fiddet ve kaos ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz olarak alan bulur.
