Bir y\u0131l\u0131 rehber kontrol\u00fcnde be\u015f y\u0131l denetim alt\u0131nda tutulmas\u0131na karar verilen Uzan, dosyay\u0131 A\u0130HM\u2019e ta\u015f\u0131m\u0131\u015f, s\u00f6zlerinin siyasi bir tart\u0131\u015fma ba\u011flam\u0131nda s\u00f6ylendi\u011fini savunmu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Mart ay\u0131nda verdi\u011fi kararda Uzan\u2019a verilen cezay\u0131 \u2018orant\u0131s\u0131z ve demokratik bir toplumda gereksiz\u2019 bulan A\u0130HM, Uzan\u2019\u0131n ifade \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve makul s\u00fcrede adil yarg\u0131lanma hakk\u0131n\u0131n ihlal edildi\u011fine h\u00fckmetti.<\/p>\n<p>Deutsche Welle\u2019den Kayhan Karaca\u2019n\u0131n haberine g\u00f6re davan\u0131n B\u00fcy\u00fck Daire taraf\u0131ndan esastan yeniden g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi i\u00e7in ba\u015fvuru T\u00fcrk h\u00fck\u00fcmetinden geldi.
