Yine Madde 19 \u201cy\u00fcksek tirajl\u0131 gazeteye onbe\u015f g\u00fcn \u00f6nceden ilan verilir\u201d diyor. Ancak biz, ne tiraj\u0131 y\u00fcksek gazetede ilan\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fck ne de son \u00fc\u00e7 g\u00fcne kadar hangi maddelerin nas\u0131l de\u011fi\u015ftirilece\u011fini \u00f6\u011frenebildik. May\u0131s\u2019ta yap\u0131lan Genel Kurul\u2019da ba\u015fka tak\u0131m taraftarlar\u0131n\u0131n Be\u015fikta\u015f\u2019a \u00fcye olmas\u0131 sorunu dile getirilmi\u015f, Ba\u015fkan Fikret Orman bizzat kendisi ara\u015ft\u0131raca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemi\u015fti. Tabii ki bu konuda hi\u00e7bir geli\u015fme olmad\u0131.<\/p>\n

Denetleme, Disiplin, Divan ve Y\u00f6netim Kurullar\u0131\u2019na bu ba\u015fka tak\u0131m taraftarlar\u0131n\u0131n ihra\u00e7 edilmesi i\u00e7in resimli g\u00f6rseller verildi. Ancak b\u00fct\u00fcn kurullar kula\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcne yatt\u0131.<\/p>\n

Y\u00f6netim 60 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde t\u00fcz\u00fck gere\u011fi geriye d\u00f6nerek yan\u0131t vermek zorunda, ama kimseden ses seda \u00e7\u0131kmad\u0131.<\/p>\n

Yine t\u00fcz\u00fck gere\u011fi Divan Kurulu konuyla ilgili komisyon kurabilirdi, lakin bu da yap\u0131lmad\u0131.
