{"id":270048,"date":"2018-10-08T17:21:01","date_gmt":"2018-10-08T14:21:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.nationalturk.com\/?p=270048"},"modified":"2018-10-08T17:21:01","modified_gmt":"2018-10-08T14:21:01","slug":"bilim-insanlarindan-2030-uyarisi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nationalturk.com\/tr\/bilim-insanlarindan-2030-uyarisi\/","title":{"rendered":"Bilim insanlar\u0131ndan 2030 uyar\u0131s\u0131"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler H\u00fck\u00fcmetleraras\u0131 \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Paneli (IPCC) k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nman\u0131n en k\u00f6t\u00fc etkilerini \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in d\u00fcnyan\u0131n &#8216;e\u015fi benzeri g\u00f6r\u00fclmemi\u015f&#8217; ad\u0131mlar atmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi uyar\u0131s\u0131nda bulundu.<\/h2>\n<p>IPCC&#8217;nin bug\u00fcn yay\u0131mlanan raporunda d\u00fcnya toplumlar\u0131n\u0131n daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bir k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma hedefini kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in enerji t\u00fcketimi, in\u015faat ve seyahat alanlar\u0131nda &#8216;e\u015fi benzeri g\u00f6r\u00fclmemi\u015f&#8217; ad\u0131mlar\u0131 atmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi aksi takdirde k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma kaynakl\u0131 s\u0131cak hava dalgalar\u0131, sele neden olan kas\u0131rgalar, baz\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerde k\u0131tl\u0131k ve t\u00fcrlerin neslinin t\u00fckenmesi gibi risklerle daha fazla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalaca\u011f\u0131 uyar\u0131s\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>IPCC raporu, 2015 Paris \u0130klim Anla\u015fmas\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n nas\u0131l uygulanaca\u011f\u0131 konusunda h\u00fck\u00fcmetlere bilimsel bir yol haritas\u0131 niteli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>IPCC, 2015&#8217;teki Paris \u0130klim Anla\u015fmas\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerinde mutab\u0131k kal\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi k\u00fcresel ortalama s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f limitinin y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n sonuna kadar 2 santigratta s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 yerine bu hedefin 1.5 santigrat derecenin alt\u0131nda s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n &#8216;insanlar ve do\u011fal ekosistemler i\u00e7in a\u00e7\u0131k yararlar\u0131 oldu\u011fu&#8217; vurguland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Rapora g\u00f6re  D\u00fcnya y\u00fczeyi 1 santigrat derece \u0131s\u0131nd\u0131 ve ya\u015fanmaz bir d\u00fczey olan 3-4 santigrat derecelik bir \u0131s\u0131nma yolunda ilerliyor. IPCC raporuna g\u00f6re \u015fu andaki sera gaz\u0131 emisyonu d\u00fczeyi ile 1.5 santigrat limitini 2030 gibi erken bir tarihte ve 2050&#8217;den ge\u00e7 olmamak \u00fczere a\u015fabiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcney Afrika&#8217;daki \u00c7evre Planlama ve \u0130klim Korumas\u0131 Departman\u0131 Ba\u015fkan\u0131 ve IPCC e\u015f ba\u015fkan\u0131 Debra Roberts &#8221; \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llar belki de insanl\u0131k tarihindeki en \u00f6nemli y\u0131llar&#8221; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>IPCC e\u015f ba\u015fkanlar\u0131ndan  Jim Skea da &#8220;Biz \u00fczerimizi d\u00fc\u015feni yapt\u0131k ve mesaj\u0131 ilettik. \u015eimdi top h\u00fck\u00fcmetlerde. Bu konuda eyleme ge\u00e7mek onlar\u0131n sorumlulu\u011fu&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Raporda k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmay\u0131 1.5 santigrat derecenin alt\u0131nda tutma hedefinin 2 santigrat derece hedefine g\u00f6re 2100 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla k\u00fcresel deniz seviyesi y\u00fckselme oran\u0131n\u0131 0.1 metre azaltaca\u011f\u0131 belirtildi. Bunun da selleri azaltaca\u011f\u0131 ve k\u0131y\u0131 b\u00f6lgeleri, adalar ve \u0131rmak deltalar\u0131nda ya\u015fayan ki\u015filere iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine uyum sa\u011flama konusunda zaman kazand\u0131raca\u011f\u0131 vurguland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>1.5 santigrat  derecelik bir k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmada, Arktik Okyanusu&#8217;nun yaz aylar\u0131nda buzsuz olma ihtimali 100 y\u0131lda birken, 2 santigrat derecelik bir k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmada bu durum 10 y\u0131lda en az bir kere ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecek.<\/p>\n<p>Mercan resifleri 1.5 santigrat derecelik bir k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmada y\u00fczde 70-90 kadar azal\u0131rken, 2 2 santigrat derecede resiflerin hemen hemen tamam\u0131 yok olacak.<\/p>\n<p>Raporda k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmay\u0131 daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck derecede s\u0131n\u0131rlama hedefinin t\u00fcrlerin yok olmas\u0131 ve kayb\u0131n\u0131 azaltaca\u011f\u0131 ayr\u0131ca k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nman\u0131n karasal, tatl\u0131 su ve k\u0131y\u0131 ekosistemlerine olan etkisini de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrece\u011finin alt\u0131 \u00e7izildi. IPCC&#8217;nin Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Thelma Krug, &#8220;1.5 santigrat derecede etkileri farkl\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131 ba\u015farabilece\u011fimiz konusunda \u015f\u00fcpheler vard\u0131. Ancak bilim insanlar\u0131 bile k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmay\u0131 2 santigrat derece yerine 1.5 santigrat derecede s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rman\u0131n ne kadar fazla yarar\u0131 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcnce \u015fa\u015f\u0131rd\u0131. Art\u0131k \u00e7ok az bir \u0131s\u0131nman\u0131n bile \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu her zamankinden daha fazla biliyoruz&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Rapora g\u00f6re 1.5 santigrat derece hedefini tutturmak i\u00e7in insan kaynakl\u0131 karbondioksit (CO2) emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n 2010&#8217;daki d\u00fczeyini 2030 itibar\u0131yla y\u00fczde 45 oran\u0131nda azaltmak ve y\u00fczy\u0131l ortas\u0131nda (2050) bu seviyeyi s\u0131f\u0131ra d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmek gerekiyor.<br \/>\nYakla\u015f\u0131k 6.000 bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n incelenmesiyle haz\u0131rlanan raporda bunun i\u00e7in 4 yol s\u0131raland\u0131. <\/p>\n<p>2050 itibar\u0131yla yenilenebilir enerjinin elektrik \u00fcretimininin y\u00fczde 70 ila y\u00fczde 85&#8217;ini kar\u015f\u0131lamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi, \u015fu anda bu rakam\u0131n y\u00fczde 25 d\u00fczeyinde oldu\u011fu vurguland\u0131.
