B\u00f6lge M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Halkal\u0131 14. Demiryolu Bak\u0131m M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Demiryolu Bak\u0131m M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Turgut Kurt, \u00c7erkezk\u00f6y 143 Yol Bak\u0131m \u015eefli\u011fi Yol Bak\u0131m ve Onar\u0131m \u015eefi \u00d6zkan Polat, K\u00f6pr\u00fcler \u015eefi \u00c7etin Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m ve Hat Bak\u0131m Onar\u0131m Memuru Celaleddin \u00c7abuk&#8217;un asli kusurlu oldu\u011fu ileri s\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>Raporda TCDD&#8217;nin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerine de yer verildi.<\/p>\n<p>TCDD&#8217;nin kazan\u0131n ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 hatta yap\u0131lan kontrollerde herhangi bir olumsuzlu\u011fa rastlanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnde, \u015fu ifadeler yer ald\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;13 Nisan 2018 tarihinde hatt\u0131n \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm makinesi ile \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmleri yap\u0131l\u0131p \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm sonucunda kilometre 161 + 968&#8217;de hatt\u0131n bak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 gerektirecek, hat geometrisi bozuklu\u011fu tespit edilmemi\u015ftir. Nisan 2018 tarihinde hat geometrisi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm makinesiyle yap\u0131lan \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmler (olay yerinin bulundu\u011fu kilometre 161 +950 &#8211; 162+000 aral\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm sonu\u00e7lar\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00fczere uygunluk hudutlar\u0131 olan art\u0131 eksi 10 milim aral\u0131\u011f\u0131ndad\u0131r.)<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca bu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerin ve saptamalar\u0131n yan\u0131nda g\u00f6revli bak\u0131m, onar\u0131m m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc g\u00f6rev b\u00f6lgesinde hat bak\u0131m kontrol plan\u0131m\u0131za g\u00f6re ayda bir kere lokomotif turnesi iki haftada bir defa yol bak\u0131m ve onar\u0131m turnesi yapmaktad\u0131r. Bu kapsamda hadisenin meydana geldi\u011fi hat kesiminde en son kontrollerini 28 Haziran 2018 tarihinde yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Yine bak\u0131m onar\u0131m \u015fefi, g\u00f6rev b\u00f6lgesinde hat bak\u0131m ve kontrol plan\u0131m\u0131za g\u00f6re, b\u00fct\u00fcn m\u0131nt\u0131kas\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmek \u015fart\u0131yla her ay haftada 2 kere olmak \u00fczere en az 8 defa motorlu demiryolu ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ile her ay 3 defa lokomotif ile 10 g\u00fcnde bir kez ayr\u0131ca her y\u0131l genelde ilkbahar ve sonbaharda g\u00f6rev b\u00f6lgesinin tamam\u0131nda yaya olarak turne yapmaktad\u0131r. Bu kapsamda kazan\u0131n oldu\u011fu kesimde bak\u0131m onar\u0131m \u015fefi, 16 May\u0131s 2018 tarihinde yaya turnesi, 4 Temmuz 2018 tarihinde lokomotif turnesi, 2-3-5 Temmuz 2018 tarihlerinde motorlu demiryolu ara\u00e7 turnesi yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
