Hukuk Dairesi, yerel mahkemenin TRT\u2019nin CHP\u2019ye 10 bin TL\u2019lik manevi tazminat \u00f6demesi karar\u0131n\u0131 az bularak, tazminat miktar\u0131n\u0131 50 bin TL\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2>Tuncay G\u00fcney Haberleri<\/h2>\n<p>CHP, B\u00fcy\u00fcte\u00e7 program\u0131na kat\u0131lan Tuncay G\u00fcney\u2019in program boyunca Baykal ve\u00a0CHP hakk\u0131nda hakaret ve ithamlarda bulundu\u011funu \u00f6ne s\u00fcrerek, TRT hakk\u0131nda manevi\u00a0tazminat davas\u0131 a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ankara 13. Asliye Hukuk Mahkemesi, davay\u0131 k\u0131smen kabul\u00a0ederek, TRT\u2019nin Baykal ve CHP\u2019ye ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 10 bin TL manevi tazminat \u00f6demesine\u00a0karar vermi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Yerel mahkemenin karar\u0131 daval\u0131 TRT ve davac\u0131lar Baykal ile CHP taraf\u0131ndan\u00a0temyiz edilmi\u015fti. Temyiz istemini g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fen Yarg\u0131tay 4.
