B\u00f6lgedeki HES projelerinin masaya yat\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplant\u0131ya k\u00f6y muhtarlar\u0131 ve platform \u00fcyeleri kat\u0131ld\u0131. Toplant\u0131da konu\u015fan k\u00f6y muhtarlar\u0131, HES projeleri i\u00e7in \u00f6zel \u015firketlere kiralanan su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n k\u00f6ylerdeki ya\u015fam\u0131 olumsuz etkiledi\u011fini savundu. HES projeleri y\u00fcz\u00fcnden hayvanc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n bitme noktas\u0131na geldi\u011fini anlatan muhtarlar, tan\u0131mad\u0131klar\u0131 ki\u015filerin k\u00f6ylere gelip kendilerine s\u00f6zle\u015fme imzalatmak istemelerinden rahats\u0131z olduklar\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Sakl\u0131kent Koruma Platformu ad\u0131na konu\u015fan Platform S\u00f6zc\u00fcs\u00fc U\u011fur \u00c7a\u00e7aron ise Fethiye&#8217;nin HES haritas\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131. \u00c7a\u00e7aron, &#8220;Resmi bilgilere g\u00f6re, E\u015fen \u00c7ay\u0131 \u00fczerinde 9, yan dereler \u00fczerinde 3, Karg\u0131 \u00c7ay\u0131 \u00fczerinde 1 adet HES \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 var. Bilindi\u011fi gibi Fethiye yak\u0131n\u0131nda Mendos Da\u011f\u0131 eteklerinde bir adet HES \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Bu hesaba g\u00f6re Fethiye il\u00e7e s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde biri faal halde, 13 tanesi yap\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan toplam 14 hidroelektrik santral g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Ek projelerle art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Suyun kullan\u0131m hakk\u0131n\u0131n 49 y\u0131ll\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u00f6zel \u015firketlere verilerek HES kurulmas\u0131n\u0131n sak\u0131ncal\u0131 oldu\u011funu savunan U\u011fur \u00c7a\u00e7aron, projelerin uygulanmas\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda ve sonras\u0131 sular\u0131n ak\u0131\u015f d\u00fczeninin bozulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ileri s\u00fcrd\u00fc. Geni\u015f tar\u0131m alanlar\u0131n\u0131n, olu\u015facak g\u00f6letler ve ta\u015fk\u0131nlar\u0131n etkisiyle zarar g\u00f6rece\u011fini s\u00f6zlerine ekleyen \u00c7a\u00e7aron, &#8220;\u00d6zellikle E\u015fen \u00c7ay\u0131 \u00e7evresinde do\u011fal ve toplumsal dengelerin bozulmas\u0131 sonucu tar\u0131m ve turizmden ge\u00e7imini sa\u011flayan \u00e7ok say\u0131da yurtta\u015f\u0131m\u0131z olumsuz etkilenecektir.
