de\u011fil.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7mi\u015fte ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde yeni anayasa de\u011fi\u015fikleri kapsam\u0131nda 1961,1982,1987,1988 ve 2007 olmak \u00fczere toplamda alt\u0131 kez sand\u0131\u011fa gitmi\u015f olan halk\u0131m\u0131z 2007 Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 referandumundan sonra  tarihindeki en az kat\u0131l\u0131mla bu s\u0131navdan da ge\u00e7ti .1961 den beri \u00e7ok partiler gelip ge\u00e7ti teknoloji h\u0131zla de\u011fi\u015fti ama referandumu yap\u0131\u015f \u015feklimiz malesef de\u011fi\u015fmedi.Kat\u0131l\u0131m oran\u0131n\u0131n bu kadar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olmas\u0131n\u0131n sebebi  tatilci fakt\u00f6r\u00fc yani sadece  ikamet edilen yerde oy kullanma \u015fart\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 oldu.Yani 1961 deki teknolojik olanaklar ile ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Halbuki daha once devletin di\u011fer kurumlar\u0131nda oldu\u011fu gibi T.C kimlik numaras\u0131 ile online sisteme ba\u011fl\u0131 en yak\u0131n se\u00e7im merkezinden  oy kullan\u0131labilse hem sistem online i\u015fleyece\u011fi i\u00e7in iki kez oy kullanmalar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilmi\u015f olunur hemde daa y\u00fcksek bir kat\u0131l\u0131m oran\u0131na sahip olunabilirdi.A\u015fa\u011f\u0131da  8 Kas\u0131m 1982 g\u00fcn\u00fcne ait referendum s\u00fcrman\u015fetli  gazette var bu referendum ile  il il kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in g\u00fczel bir kaynak.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-39019\" se\u00e7imlerindeki y\u00fcksek kat\u0131l\u0131m oran\u0131 2010 referandumda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmemi\u015f.2010  se\u00e7imleri sonras\u0131 gelen sonu\u00e7lar g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir ki,Mhp taban\u0131n\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda Akp\u2019ya kapt\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.2009 se\u00e7im sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na ve milliyet\u00e7i \/\u00fclk\u00fcc\u00fc tabanl\u0131 diye bilinen illerin oy oranlar\u0131na bakmak yeterli olacakt\u0131r.Bu performansla devam etmelerinin sonucu herhalde \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki  genel se\u00e7imlerde meclis d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalmak olacakt\u0131r.Chp kesin olmamakla beraber (ki burada CHP \u2018nin oylar\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131rm\u0131\u015f diyebilmemiz i\u00e7in BDP fakt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc safd\u0131\u015f\u0131 b\u0131rakmam\u0131z gerekir)oy oranlar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rm\u0131\u015f gibi g\u00f6z\u00fckmektedir.Mhp\u2019deki kay\u0131plar ve hay\u0131r diyen b\u00fcy\u00fck oya sahip ba\u015fka parti olmamas\u0131ndan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc %42 b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda Chp\u2019ye mal edilebilir.%60\u2032\u0131n \u00fczerinde \u00e7\u0131kacak evet oylar\u0131 yakalanan r\u00fczgar\u0131n neticesi olarak bask\u0131n erken se\u00e7ime neden olabilecek iken \u015fimdilik bu ihtimal bence ortadan  k\u0131sa vadeli de olsa kalkm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.Mhp\u2019nin yukar\u0131da bahsetti\u011fim \u015fartlar ile oylar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fmeye devam eder ise Akp\u2019ye ge\u00e7meye devam\u0131 neticesinde Akp %45\u2032lerin \u00fczerinde bir oy oran\u0131 ile 400\u2032e yak\u0131n milletvekili rakam\u0131n\u0131 yakalayabilir.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-39017\"
