Silahl\u0131 kavga \u00e7evrede bulunan bir g\u00fcvenlik kameras\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan saniye saniye kaydedildi. \u0130smet \u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc Bulvar\u0131 Anadolu Hayat \u0130\u015fhan\u0131&#8217;nda bulunan Aile Mahkemesinden \u00e7\u0131kan bo\u015fanma taraflar\u0131 dolmu\u015f duraklar\u0131nda kavgaya tutu\u015ftu. Kavga s\u0131ras\u0131nda kimli\u011fi polis taraf\u0131ndan belirlenen ancak a\u00e7\u0131klanmayan bir ki\u015fi, silah\u0131yla Mehmet, Hakk\u0131 ve Cemile Akay&#8217;\u0131 kur\u015fun ya\u011fmuruna tuttu.<\/p>\n<p>Vatanda\u015flar\u0131n yo\u011fun olarak bulundu\u011fu bir anda meydana gelen olayda Mehmet Akay (51) olay yerinde hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti. A\u011f\u0131r yaralanan Hakk\u0131 Akay&#8217;a \u00f6nce \u00e7evrede bulunan vatanda\u015flar m\u00fcdahale etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Hakk\u0131 Akay daha sonra gelen ambulans ile Mersin \u00dcniversitesi T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesine kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Ayaklar\u0131ndan hafif yaralanan Cemile Akay ise kanlar i\u00e7inde yere y\u0131\u011f\u0131lan kocas\u0131 ve o\u011flunun ba\u015f\u0131nda a\u011f\u0131t yakt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Gazetecilere olay\u0131 anlatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan Cemile Akay&#8217;a polisler engel oldu ve hemen ambulans ile hastaneye g\u00f6nderdi. Olay yerini \u00e7embere alan ekipler delil toplad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Olay yerine gelen Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Arif \u00d6ks\u00fcz, ya\u015fananlar\u0131n \u00fcz\u00fcc\u00fc oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Failin belli oldu\u011funu belirten \u00d6ks\u00fcz, &#8220;Cinayet i\u015fleyemeyi gerektirecek hi\u00e7bir sebep yok.
