Ayn\u0131 kredinin bug\u00fcnk\u00fc taksidi ise 975 lira. Uzmanlar, \u201c750 liraya kirada oturaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131za, 900 lira taksit \u00f6deyip kendi evinizde oturun\u201d diyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OTURMAYA HAZIR KONUTLARI TERC\u0130H ED\u0130N<\/strong><br \/>\n\u0130stanbul Emlak\u00e7\u0131lar Odas\u0131 ise ev sahibi olmay\u0131 hayal eden kirac\u0131lara hem destek verdi, hem de uyard\u0131. Oda ba\u015fkan\u0131 Sabri Ate\u015f, sabit bir geliri olupta, 700 il\u00e2 1000 lira aras\u0131nda kira \u00f6deyenlere, bu \u015fartlarda ev sat\u0131n almalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nerdiklerini s\u00f6yledi. Vatanda\u015flara m\u00fcmk\u00fcnse oturmaya haz\u0131r konutlar\u0131 tercih etmelerini \u00f6neren Sabri Ate\u015f, \u201cyar\u0131m kalan in\u015faatlar\u201d konusunda dikkatli olunmas\u0131n\u0131 isteyerek, \u201cTan\u0131mad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z m\u00fcteahhitlerin vaatlerine kanmay\u0131n, tapunuzu almadan kesinlikle paran\u0131z\u0131 kapt\u0131rmay\u0131n\u201d uyar\u0131s\u0131nda bulundu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EV HAYAL\u0130 KURAN T\u00dcKET\u0130C\u0130LERE \u00d6NEML\u0130 FIRSAT<\/strong><br \/>\nBundan 8 y\u0131l \u00f6ncesine kadar ev sahibi olmak isteyen t\u00fcketiciler genellikle bu hayalini birikimlerini kullanarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyordu. Faiz oran\u0131 \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fundan kimse konut kredisinin ad\u0131n\u0131 bile anmazd\u0131. Ancak, \u00f6zellikle 2004 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren kredi faizlerinin tarihte g\u00f6r\u00fclmemi\u015f \u015fekilde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fe ge\u00e7mesi, ev hayali kuran t\u00fcketicilere \u00f6nemli bir f\u0131rsat oldu.
