Habert\u00fcrk’\u00fcn haberine g\u00f6re su\u00e7 duyurusu dilek\u00e7esinde filmin “Atat\u00fcrk’\u00fcn manevi ki\u015fili\u011fine hakaret” etti\u011fi iddia ediliyor.<\/p>\n

Dilek\u00e7ede, “Tehdit, hakaret, yarg\u0131 karar\u0131n\u0131 etkisiz k\u0131lmak, Atat\u00fcrk’e ve manevi ki\u015fili\u011fine hakaret, bas\u0131n yoluyla hakaret; halk\u0131 ve toplumu kin, nefret ve su\u00e7 i\u015flemeye te\u015fvik; iftira, ter\u00f6r propagandas\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti Devleti’ni ortadan kald\u0131rma ama\u00e7l\u0131 organize eylemler ve Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n resen g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne alaca\u011f\u0131 su\u00e7 te\u015fkil eden eylemler” denildi.<\/p>\n

Su\u00e7 duyurusunda delil olarak ise filmin fragman\u0131 g\u00f6sterildi.<\/p>\n
