Mu\u011fla Rekt\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan istenen arazinin 100 d\u00f6n\u00fcm civar\u0131nda olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirten \u00c7\u0131naro\u011flu, \u201c\u00c7\u0131rp\u0131 Mevkii\u2019nde 90 hektar, Kara\u00e7ulha Beldesi\u2019nde 110 hektar, De\u011firmenba\u015f\u0131 Mevkii\u2019nde 35 hektar ve \u00c7iftlik Beldesi\u2019nde de 20 hektarl\u0131k alanlar belirledik. Fakat bu alanlar\u0131n hepsinin ortak sorunu var oda orman m\u00fclkiyetinde olmas\u0131. Anayasa Mahkemesi taraf\u0131ndan iptal edilen 6381 say\u0131l\u0131 yasan\u0131n 17\u2019nci maddesi bu alanlar\u0131n 49 y\u0131ll\u0131\u011f\u0131na kullan\u0131m izi veriyordu. Yeni torba yasada bu maddenin yeniden de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi g\u00fcndemde.
