Avrupa \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 Mahkemesi kararlar\u0131nda da ele\u015ftirilen, kamu g\u00f6revlilerinin yarg\u0131lanmas\u0131 ile ilgili i\u00e7 hukuk d\u00fczenlemelerinin geli\u015ftirilmesi amac\u0131yla konu ile ilgili mevzuat\u0131n genel bir de\u011ferlendirilmesinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131&#8221; ifadeleri kullan\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #f00;\">Error, group does not exist!
