K\u00f6y\u00fcne d\u00f6nen her aileye 50 adet koyun da\u011f\u0131taca\u011f\u0131z. 20 bin \u00fcniversiteliyi istihdama katmak suretiyle toplamda 2 milyon 700 bin ki\u015fiye i\u015f alan\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131z. Zorunlu askerli\u011fin 3 aya indirip doktorlara askerlik yapt\u0131rmayaca\u011f\u0131z&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Numan Kurtulmu\u015f&#8217;un a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 se\u00e7im beyannamesinden di\u011fer ba\u015fl\u0131klar \u015f\u00f6yle;<\/p>\n<p>Siyasal partiler ve se\u00e7im sistemi de\u011fi\u015ftirilecek.\u00a0Se\u00e7im baraj\u0131 indirilecek. Vatanda\u015flar kanun teklifi verebilecek. Memurlar siyaset yapabilecek. Jandarma yerine k\u0131rsal polis gelecek. \u0130htisas mahkemeleri kurulacak. Askeri sivil mahkeme ayr\u0131m\u0131 kald\u0131r\u0131lacak. Cezaevlerinde tecrit son bulacak. Al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f merkezleri \u015fehir d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lacak. Asgari \u00fccretliler vergiden muaf tutulacak. 2011 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in asgari \u00fccret en az 870 TL olacak. \u00d6nemli d\u0131\u015f politika konular\u0131 hakk\u0131nda referandumla karar verilecek. N\u00fckleer enerji santrali kurulmayacak. Kur&#8217;an kurslar\u0131ndaki ya\u015f s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 kald\u0131r\u0131lacak.
